It’s my first time visiting this locations for a simple oil change. I called ahead to verify if I would be able to be in and out with a few hours for service. I was advised that my car would be seen and out of the shop within two hours. I arrived to the landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep and met Anna. Upon arrival she checked me in, and I sat in the meeting area. Anna checked on me several times while I’ve been sitting in the waiting area. Her customer service is fantastic, and I appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond. She is dedicated to her job and ensures that customers know, they are taken care of.
I had been sitting in the waiting area for 2 hours. My car sat exactly where I had it parked, upon arrival. Due to a mass meeting with all employees, this delayed my service today. I met with Mr. Moser, The service Director at Landmark to express my frustration with the lack of service for my vehicle. Not only did he appreciate my feedback but insured that my vehicle service was his top priority. Within a few minutes of meeting Mr. Moser my car was being pulled around, and my service was finished.
I work in the service industry and understand that we take a beating by customers often, so although frustrated, I did not want to blame anyone for miss handling my time. Mr. Moser insured that I’m on my next appointment, I would be met with efficient service. I do appreciate the customer service of this team as they work hard. Although this location has not been my first choice in the past, I will return for a future service and I know I’ll be met with care.

Great experience overall here at Landmark. In particular, Peter and Darryl, our sales reps, were patient and helpful every step of the way. I admittedly had my disagreements with their management team on price, but these two in particular are the reason we got this over the finish line and ended up with our new jeep. And when the only car with the options we needed happened to be at their sister lot in Athens, they drove it to our house to drop off the next day.

I recently brought in my 2015 Dodge Challenger after experiencing issues that were ultimately diagnosed as problems with the lifters and camshaft. From the moment I arrived, Aleshia, my Service Advisor, delivered exceptional care. I can honestly say that my experience at Landmark was good. As a car enthusiast, when I go to dealerships, I have already done extensive research on what I want to buy. I say that to say that I like to get in and out of there in a relative short time. I'm a straight to the point girl and I just want to be able to read myself as well as receive a short explanation from the salesperson and finance personnel. My salesperson, Igor, was great. He accommodated every request that I had and went above and beyond to ensure that he got me into the vehicle that I showed extreme interest in. I'm glad that finance put the work in to get me financed as close as possible to my one request without much push back. My only ding is that, while having a digital copy of the contract and everything I signed in my email, I want to leave out with a printout as well of all signed documents. Also while signing my documents, the person was moving uncomfortably fast and was not giving enough detailed of certain items. Luckily I already knew that extra warranties were going to be added, because that's what dealerships do, however I wanted the coverage listed to me prior to the document signing as well as a detailed pamphlet of the warranties or extra coverage. I have always received that at other dealerships in the past when I have decided to get the extra warranties. And yes I did ask for these things several times before leaving. I actually didn't
receive my purchase contract or a lack-lusting warranty pamphlet until a week after my purchase after calling finance with a complaint. I'm not going to ding them with a star but that is something that i hope they improve because I can see myself as a returning customer in the future.

The Service Department at Landmark has saved me twice in the past few months. I am from Florida and was visiting family in ATL during Thanksgiving. When I was gassing up to make the 8-hour trip home, I had a major oil leak in my Jeep. They fit me in that day (the Friday after Thanksgiving), immediately identified the issue, and had me back on the road the same day after a major repair. Again, I was visiting family on an extended trip and the Jeep threw a series of codes. Once again, Landmark fit me in (on MLK), was able to determine the error, and cleared the codes so I could have peace of mind for the remainder of my trip. I could have easily been stranded or taken advantage of both times but that is not what happened. I am very grateful for Daryl, Neil, and the rest of the Service Team at Landmark for bailing me out over and over. I wish they were my hometown dealer and service center. I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.
Payam is the man! Excellent service and very personable from beginning to end. Communication was on point. Every aspect of this purchase was great. After searching all day and even going to another dealer that lied to me and tried to sell me something else, I called up there to see if they had a particular BMW 7 series. Malon answered the phone and let me know the car was available. When I got there, he had the car parked and waiting for me to see. Once I saw the car, I was in and out in a little over an hour. By far the best and easiest experience I've ever had.
