Igor and team were excellent. This was the only truly positive car buying experience I’ve ever had. I also had to run home during the process of buying the car and they were very accommodating. They had the paper work completed and ready waiting for me when I got back. I never felt pressured. After searching all day and even going to another dealer that lied to me and tried to sell me something else, I called up there to see if they had a particular BMW 7 series. Malon answered the phone and let me know the car was available. When I got there, he had the car parked and waiting for me to see. Once I saw the car, I was in and out in a little over an hour. By far the best and easiest experience I've ever had.

Joshua Shaw provided incredible customer service. He was constantly "ripping and running" to make sure every detail was handled, even going as far as working on his day off to ensure everything stayed on track. That kind of dedication is rare! James Howe, the sales manager, was also fantastic. He made sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted at the best price possible—even if it "pained" him a little to give us such a great deal! This dealership has gone above and beyond with customer service. My salesmen, Payam was great. He is honestly one of the most wholesome and respectful people I've met and by far the best salesman I've interacted with. Tim, the financial director was excellent as well, he managed to get me a lower interest rate than my credit union which I was not expecting. Hamid was funny and very insightful and gave me a lot to think about when making my decision on the two options I had. Overall, this experience was easy and great. I was passing through Atlanta going from Houston to Asheville this week when suddenly all the trouble lights came up on my dash and my vehicle wouldn’t drive except in 6th gear. I made it to Landmark Dodge CJR on Peachtree Blvd and even though they had a 3 day backlog of work - they fit me in, and were able to get me back on the road that same day. Peter ,payam and hamid got us rolling Peter called me last night 2/20 right around closing and I was very skeptical about coming in cause I had already went too one landmark and honestly I wasn't going too come in but something said take the chance me and my husband went and we're leaving with a 2018 jeep latitude THANKS LANDMARK ATLANTA PETER KNOWLEDGE ON THE QUESTIONS I HAD WAS EXCEPTIONAL HE HAD AN ANSWER FOR EVERYTHING SOMEONE GIVE THAT GUY A RAISE BONUS OR PROMOTION SOMETHING CAUSE HIS AURA WAS WONDERFUL !!!!

I am very busy with no time to spend hours at a dealership. I called around explaining that I wanted to lease a car but it would have to be done all over the phone. No one wanted to help. When I called Lamark Atlanta, Igor, was the sales person that helped me. He was very attentive and worked with my busy schedule, searching for the car I was looking for. He took his time to send me pictures, details,etc. I ended up with the car I wanted, no surprises at the end. Great experience! Highly recommend.

I recently brought in my 2015 Dodge Challenger after experiencing issues that were ultimately diagnosed as problems with the lifters and camshaft. From the moment I arrived, Aleshia, my Service Advisor, delivered exceptional care. She immediately identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and took full responsibility for working with my warranty company. I didn’t have to make a single call. She handled the entire process and ensured the warranty covered all the necessary repairs. What truly set Aleshia apart was her honesty and integrity. There was a misquote on the number of spark plugs needed, and instead of passing that extra cost on to me, she made sure I paid nothing more than my deductible. That level of transparency and customer-first service is rare and deeply appreciated. The repairs were completed professionally, and my car now sounds better than it did the day I drove it off the lot. I’ll absolutely be returning for any major service in the future. Aleshia and the team have earned my trust with their expertise, honesty, and outstanding customer care.

Want to rave about the experience I had yesterday! Buying a car can be so stressful, and especially during these hard times. My salesman, Payam, was so great in helping me find a car that was a smart decision for me. He was very detailed and got me in and out quicker than I’ve ever experienced at another dealership. Tim Hill and Payam gave me great advice to help ease some of my nervousness buying my first car on my own, found me insurance, gave me credit advice, and possibilities for the future. I can honestly say that my experience at Landmark was good. As a car enthusiast, when I go to dealerships, I have already done extensive research on what I want to buy. I say that to say that I like to get in and out of there in a relative short time. I'm a straight to the point girl and I just want to be able to read myself as well as receive a short explanation from the salesperson and finance personnel. My salesperson, Igor, was great. He accommodated every request that I had and went above and beyond to ensure that he got me into the vehicle that I showed extreme interest in. I'm glad that finance put the work in to get me financed as close as possible to my one request without much push back. My only ding is that, while having a digital copy of the contract and everything I signed in my email, I want to leave out with a printout as well of all signed documents. Also while signing my documents, the person was moving uncomfortably fast and was not giving enough detailed of certain items. Luckily I already knew that extra warranties were going to be added, because that's what dealerships do, however I wanted the coverage listed to me prior to the document signing as well as a detailed pamphlet of the warranties or extra coverage. I have always received that at other dealerships in the past when I have decided to get the extra warranties. And yes I did ask for these things several times before leaving. I actually didn't receive my purchase contract or a lack-lusting warranty pamphlet until a week after my purchase after calling finance with a complaint. I'm not going to ding them with a star but that is something that i hope they improve because I can see myself as a returning customer in the future.

The Service Department at Landmark has saved me twice in the past few months. I am from Florida and was visiting family in ATL during Thanksgiving. When I was gassing up to make the 8-hour trip home, I had a major oil leak in my Jeep. They fit me in that day (the Friday after Thanksgiving), immediately identified the issue, and had me back on the road the same day after a major repair. Again, I was visiting family on an extended trip and the Jeep threw a series of codes. Once again, Landmark fit me in (on MLK), was able to determine the error, and cleared the codes so I could have peace of mind for the remainder of my trip. I could have easily been stranded or taken advantage of both times but that is not what happened. I am very grateful for Daryl, Neil, and the rest of the Service Team at Landmark for bailing me out over and over. I wish they were my hometown dealer and service center. Beyond excellence. **********

I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.

After searching all day and even going to another dealer that lied to me and tried to sell me something else, I called up there to see if they had a particular BMW 7 series. Malon answered the phone and let me know the car was available. When I got there, he had the car parked and waiting for me to see. Once I saw the car, I was in and out in a little over an hour. By far the best and easiest experience I've ever had.
