Joshua Shaw provided incredible customer service. He was constantly "ripping and running" to make sure every detail was handled, even going as far as working on his day off to ensure everything stayed on track. That kind of dedication is rare! James Howe, the sales manager, was also fantastic. He made sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted at the best price possible—even if it "pained" him a little to give us such a great deal! The two of them worked together to source our vehicle from another location and had it delivered right to us. They made the whole process seamless. Thanks again, guys!

This dealership has gone above and beyond with customer service. My salesmen, Payam was great. He is honestly one of the most wholesome and respectful people I've met and by far the best salesman I've interacted with. Tim, the financial director was excellent as well, he managed to get me a lower interest rate than my credit union which I was not expecting. Hamid was funny and very insightful and gave me a lot to think about when making my decision on the two options I had. Overall, this experience was easy and great. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car. They genuinely make you feel like family and were very transparent.

I was passing through Atlanta going from Houston to Asheville this week when suddenly all the trouble lights came up on my dash and my vehicle wouldn’t drive except in 6th gear. I made it to Landmark Dodge CJR on Peachtree Blvd and even though they had a 3 day backlog of work - they fit me in, and were able to get me back on the road that same day. The service rep - Dwain, and his manager were amazing and I am in their debt for their customer service! Thanks!

I am very busy with no time to spend hours at a dealership. I called around explaining that I wanted to lease a car but it would have to be done all over the phone. No one wanted to help. I recently brought in my 2015 Dodge Challenger after experiencing issues that were ultimately diagnosed as problems with the lifters and camshaft. There was a misquote on the number of spark plugs needed, and instead of passing that extra cost on to me, she made sure I paid nothing more than my deductible. I can honestly say that my experience at Landmark was good. As a car enthusiast, when I go to dealerships, I have already done extensive research on what I want to buy. I say that to say that I like to get in and out of there in a relative short time. I'm a straight to the point girl and I just want to be able to read myself as well as receive a short explanation from the salesperson and finance personnel. My salesperson, Igor, was great. He accommodated every request that I had and went above and beyond to ensure that he got me into the vehicle that I showed extreme interest in. I'm glad that finance put the work in to get me financed as close as possible to my one request without much push back. My only ding is that, while having a digital copy of the contract and everything I signed in my email, I want to leave out with a printout as well of all signed documents. Also while signing my documents, the person was moving uncomfortably fast and was not giving enough detailed of certain items. Luckily I already knew that extra warranties were going to be added, because that's what dealerships do, however I wanted the coverage listed to me prior to the document signing as well as a detailed pamphlet of the warranties or extra coverage. I have always received that at other dealerships in the past when I have decided to get the extra warranties. And yes I did ask for these things several times before leaving. I actually didn't receive my purchase contract or a lack-lusting warranty pamphlet until a week after my purchase after calling finance with a complaint. I'm not going to ding them with a star but that is something that i hope they improve because I can see myself as a returning customer in the future.

The Service Department at Landmark has saved me twice in the past few months. I am from Florida and was visiting family in ATL during Thanksgiving. When I was gassing up to make the 8-hour trip home, I had a major oil leak in my Jeep. They fit me in that day (the Friday after Thanksgiving), immediately identified the issue, and had me back on the road the same day after a major repair. Again, I was visiting family on an extended trip and the Jeep threw a series of codes. Once again, Landmark fit me in (on MLK), was able to determine the error, and cleared the codes so I could have peace of mind for the remainder of my trip. I could have easily been stranded or taken advantage of both times but that is not what happened. I am very grateful for Daryl, Neil, and the rest of the Service Team at Landmark for bailing me out over and over. I wish they were my hometown dealer and service center. I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. I admit, I was a bit skeptical trying to sell my used car to a traditional dealer, but all-in-all, it was a positive experience. My salesperson, Shadrach, was friendly and attentive. He greeted me warmly and checked in regularly through each step of the process. While I did not get the amount that I was initially quoted through Kelly Blue Book (due to the noted engine issue being on the more severe side), the manager, Hamid, and I ultimately agreed on a price that was a little higher than my CarMax offer, so I accepted the deal. They were respectful (not pushy) about my choice to sell outright rather than trade in. Due to their headquarters being in Morrow, GA, I signed papers on Wednesday, but they called me promptly on Saturday to pick up my check with no hassle. Appreciate the positive experience. Thanks!

I purchased a new 2025 silver 3 row Jeep Cherokee Laredo on Saturday 10/19/25. Previously had a Honda Pilot. The Laredo is much roomier and the interior felt like it had more bells and whistles. Love the size and interior finishes, especially the middle row full pilot seats which allows easy access to 3rd row seating. Extremely roomy and comfortable. Drives incredibly well. The sales process is always long and arduous but I guess that’s normal when purchasing a car and the years long financial commitment. They had plenty of inventory to choose from. Josh Shaw was my salesman and he was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about their products. His level of energy and enthusiasm to make a deal happen was appreciated. I was not an easy customer. I was undecided on model, color, price level etc. He was patient and explained in detail about the different vehicle options and eventually narrowing down what fit my budget and taste. Hamid the sales manager was very attentive, working options for my price point and committed to making a deal that worked for me. Other team members, Sid and Mike were informative and patient during the financing. Landmark team was friendly, welcoming and always offering beverages and making sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a new car. They know their product, are patient and will take the time to get you into a car that suits your needs without the pushy awkward sales tactics. Definitely worth the drive.

I brought my Jeep Gladiator in this week for an oil change and to replace the auxiliary battery. The next day, I was driving my Jeep and while at a red light, the Jeep powered off, and I was unable to restart. I had to have the Jeep towed back to the dealership. Once I got there, the team immediately started working on my Jeep. Come to find out there was an issue with the install from the previous day. They took care of the problem immediately and even covered the cost of the towing expense. Service manager, James did an incredible job getting everything taken care of. Service advisor, Earl and maintenance tech Keith did a great job as well in taking care of the problem with urgency. Thanks for the help yesterday guys!

After searching all day and even going to another dealer that lied to me and tried to sell me something else, I called up there to see if they had a particular BMW 7 series. Malon answered the phone and let me know the car was available. When I got there, he had the car parked and waiting for me to see. Once I saw the car, I was in and out in a little over an hour. By far the best and easiest experience I've ever had.
