Joshua Shaw provided incredible customer service. He was constantly "ripping and running" to make sure every detail was handled, even going as far as working on his day off to ensure everything stayed on track. That kind of dedication is rare! James Howe, the sales manager, was also fantastic. He made sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted at the best price possible—even if it "pained" him a little to give us such a great deal! The two of them worked together to source our vehicle from another location and had it delivered right to us. They made the whole process seamless. Thanks again, guys!

This dealership has gone above and beyond with customer service. My salesmen, Payam was great. He is honestly one of the most wholesome and respectful people I've met and by far the best salesman I've interacted with. Tim, the financial director was excellent as well, he managed to get me a lower interest rate than my credit union which I was not expecting. Hamid was funny and very insightful and gave me a lot to think about when making my decision on the two options I had. Overall, this experience was easy and great. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car. They genuinely make you feel like family and were very transparent.

I was passing through Atlanta going from Houston to Asheville this week when suddenly all the trouble lights came up on my dash and my vehicle wouldn’t drive except in 6th gear. I made it to Landmark Dodge CJR on Peachtree Blvd and even though they had a 3 day backlog of work - they fit me in, and were able to get me back on the road that same day. The service rep - Dwain, and his manager were amazing and I am in their debt for their customer service! Thanks!

I am very busy with no time to spend hours at a dealership. I called around explaining that I wanted to lease a car but it would have to be done all over the phone. No one wanted to help. I recently brought in my 2015 Dodge Challenger after experiencing issues that were ultimately diagnosed as problems with the lifters and camshaft. There was a misquote on the number of spark plugs needed, and instead of passing that extra cost on to me, she made sure I paid nothing more than my deductible. I can honestly say that my experience at Landmark was good. As a car enthusiast, when I go to dealerships, I have already done extensive research on what I want to buy. I say that to say that I like to get in and out of there in a relative short time. I'm a straight to the point girl and I just want to be able to read myself as well as receive a short explanation from the salesperson and finance personnel. My salesperson, Igor, was great. He accommodated every request that I had and went above and beyond to ensure that he got me into the vehicle that I showed extreme interest in. I'm glad that finance put the work in to get me financed as close as possible to my one request without much push back. My only ding is that, while having a digital copy of the contract and everything I signed in my email, I want to leave out with a printout as well of all signed documents. Also while signing my documents, the person was moving uncomfortably fast and was not giving enough detailed of certain items. Luckily I already knew that extra warranties were going to be added, because that's what dealerships do, however I wanted the coverage listed to me prior to the document signing as well as a detailed pamphlet of the warranties or extra coverage. I have always received that at other dealerships in the past when I have decided to get the extra warranties. And yes I did ask for these things several times before leaving. I actually didn't receive my purchase contract or a lack-lusting warranty pamphlet until a week after my purchase after calling finance with a complaint. I'm not going to ding them with a star but that is something that i hope they improve because I can see myself as a returning customer in the future.

The Service Department at Landmark has saved me twice in the past few months. I am from Florida and was visiting family in ATL during Thanksgiving. When I was gassing up to make the 8-hour trip home, I had a major oil leak in my Jeep. They fit me in that day (the Friday after Thanksgiving), immediately identified the issue, and had me back on the road the same day after a major repair. Again, I was visiting family on an extended trip and the Jeep threw a series of codes. Once again, Landmark fit me in (on MLK), was able to determine the error, and cleared the codes so I could have peace of mind for the remainder of my trip. I could have easily been stranded or taken advantage of both times but that is not what happened. I am very grateful for Daryl, Neil, and the rest of the Service Team at Landmark for bailing me out over and over. I wish they were my hometown dealer and service center. First, let me say this - I have never been to a car dealership in my life! I didn’t know what the process was going to be like. I expected my experience to be very transactional and “salesy”. I was pleasantly surprised when I met, Peter. He carefully explained the overall process to me and answered all my questions. I wanted to know the pros and cons of financing versus leasing, how to trade in a vehicle, what was covered under warranty and for how long, along with a slew of other questions. He gave me a very detailed overview, complete with diagrams for better understanding, to assist in answering my questions. When I finally made my decision on a vehicle, he walked me through setting up some of the features in the car and continued to assure me that they’re there for anything I needed. Peter was patient, he was friendly and he seems to really enjoy helping his clients get exactly what they’re looking for.

When have you walk into a dealer, and 2 hours later walkout with the deal signed, financing done at a fantastic rate. And service second to none. Darryl Humphries was our sales person and was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Upon entering the showroom, he greeted us and got to work immediately on our needs. He brought around to the front of the building 2 simpler cars so we could compare the differences. There was no pressure put upon us, and Darryl was very professional.The other personnel that we met were very friendly as well. The only negative that I can think of is that it took a long time for the deal to be completed, 2 to 3 hours, but preparation of vehicle and final documentation signing may have been the reason for that. I would definitely consider going there again to consider purchasing another vehicle in the future.

I recently bought a 2015 Mustang GT Premium from this dealership. The price I got it at was a complete steal, and it was thanks to the General Manager, Mike Fawaz. To find that specific model in such a clean condition for a low price is not something just any dealership can accomplish. The salesman Payam made the process even simpler. This service department has come a long way over the past several years, with each visit getting progressively better. Today was the best visit yet and I want to call out the advisor Dante Louis. Took note of the 3 items I was visiting for (warranty repair, non-warranty repair, and an oil change), set my expectation as to how long I would likely be without my car, and provided updates as requested along the way. There were no discussions regarding warranty coverage (something I experienced there previously), and car was ready to be picked up when he said it would be. He took the time to address some questions I had from the inspection, which I appreciated. The last item to note was Dante catching my being overcharged for the oil change and issuing a refund. This service department is one I am more comfortable visiting now, and I will absolutely request Dante every time I do.

My last experience at Landmark was fairly smooth aside from the long wait. Now that Anna is walking around updating customers and ensuring her team is making steady progress, I can see a huge improvement. In the past, it felt like they were dragging their feet, but hopefully this location continues to perform better overall. Payam, Hamid, and the other support staff made this Jeep buying experience incredibly nice. After putting an inquiry through a Warehouse club, I had no less than 10 Jeep dealerships call, text and/or email. Landmark Atlanta, along with one other, was the only dealership to actually call to confirm what I was wanting, not just blow out a text with some arbitrary Jeeps they had and not what I wanted. They listened to my wants in my Jeep, my budget, made a fair deal on my trade in, and I was out the door in a couple of hours. Nice!

I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.

After searching all day and even going to another dealer that lied to me and tried to sell me something else, I called up there to see if they had a particular BMW 7 series. Malon answered the phone and let me know the car was available. When I got there, he had the car parked and waiting for me to see. Once I saw the car, I was in and out in a little over an hour. By far the best and easiest experience I've ever had.
