I have to say I’ve never been to a landmark but was in the area at the time and I’m glad that I did I met Saalih Watson back when he was at union city dodge and he was so sweet and very professional and made sure he kept me updated every time I had to have my vehicle serviced. On July 24,2025 I stop at landmark for an oil change and boy was I happy to see Mr. Watson now that I know he’s at this location I will definitely be driving 30 mins to get my car serviced. Mr. Marshall Threats was my technician and he is fast and very efficient, very passionate about his work my experience was amazing I will definitely be back I hope that Mr. Threats can do my work moving forward.

I recommend this dealership for a straightforward, no frills and no BS purchase experience. While I find the dealership itself a bit sleepy (and the service department completely asleep), my experience with Payam Larestani, the salesman, was incomparable. Payam knew his inventory inside out, was tremendously accommodating and ready to answer every question no matter how obscure. He was also extremely personable and proactive in all the right ways. So if you're headed to Landmark to purchase a new vehicle, Payam is your man.

People say buying a car (or Jeep in this case) is a pain. Not here! I met Darryl over the phone when I found a Jeep online. Right off the bat, he was not pushy. He right away gave me straight, good advice. Went out of his way to get my Jeep to me...and a quick price without all of the hassle of asking me to come in and sit down with the finance guy. SO impressed with him and this business. Got a very nice price and he spent time showing me how to work all of the fun features of the awesome Jeep Wrangler! Wish there were more car sales people like him. SUPERB EXPERIENCE!

This was my first time working with Landmark CDJR of Atlanta - and after many years of buying cars - I can honestly say this was the very best sales experience I have ever had. I researched cars and found the one I wanted. I was contacted by Taylor Keys (salesperson) and he was very knowledgable, helpful, and not at all pushy. He offered to meet me for a test drive and explained everything about the car while taking a short drive. He very respectfully worked with me to arrive at a mutually agreeable price, together with his finance person, Timothy Hall. They were very fair and frankly kind. One of the two key fobs was at the original buyer's house and Taylor offered to pick it up and had it the very next morning. I’d highly recommend Landmark (Jeep) Atlanta! My sales associate, Stuart, was EXCELLENT! He listened to my concerns and was respectful. Absolutely NO pressure; rather, Stuart gave me pros and cons regarding a purchase I was entertaining. After my test drive and the finance approval portion, I told Stuart I could not make an immediate decision but he could reach out the following morning. Still Stuart was the consummate sales associate and maintained decorum. As it turned out, I headed back to Landmark Jeep Atlanta within an hour of telling Stuart I needed overnight to make my decision. He had left for the day but his manager Mike, a “distinguished gentleman,” was able to take my deposit and said Stuart’s partner could assist with the paperwork. Note: Mike did a wonderful job communicating with banks and ensuring I got the best finance terms for my unique circumstances. I chose to wait til the next day and complete paperwork with Stuart! Well, this is the “next day” and my paperwork process is underway; again, Stuart has been great!

Everyone was exceptionally friendly, the facility was clean and even with an estimated wait of 3 hours they had me done in 1.5. I stopped by Landmark last week on Wednesday and was greeted by Daryel — hands down one of the nicest, most laid-back sales reps I’ve worked with in a long time. He wasn’t pushy or overly assertive about closing a deal, which I really appreciated. It was clear that his priority was helping me find a car that actually matched what I was looking for within my set parameters. While I did end up spending a little more than I initially planned, I walked away with the car I truly wanted — and that made it all worth it. He also spoke to me respectfully and seemed to value my concerns in order to retain my business. Joshua Shaw provided incredible customer service. He was constantly "ripping and running" to make sure every detail was handled, even going as far as working on his day off to ensure everything stayed on track. That kind of dedication is rare! This dealership has gone above and beyond with customer service. My salesmen, Payam was great. He is honestly one of the most wholesome and respectful people I've met and by far the best salesman I've interacted with. Tim, the financial director was excellent as well, he managed to get me a lower interest rate than my credit union which I was not expecting. Hamid was funny and very insightful and gave me a lot to think about when making my decision on the two options I had. Overall, this experience was easy and great. I was passing through Atlanta going from Houston to Asheville this week when suddenly all the trouble lights came up on my dash and my vehicle wouldn’t drive except in 6th gear. I made it to Landmark Dodge CJR on Peachtree Blvd and even though they had a 3 day backlog of work - they fit me in, and were able to get me back on the road that same day. I recently brought in my 2015 Dodge Challenger after experiencing issues that were ultimately diagnosed as problems with the lifters and camshaft. She handled the entire process and ensured the warranty covered all the necessary repairs. What truly set Aleshia apart was her honesty and integrity. There was a misquote on the number of spark plugs needed, and instead of passing that extra cost on to me, she made sure I paid nothing more than my deductible. I can honestly say that my experience at Landmark was good. As a car enthusiast, when I go to dealerships, I have already done extensive research on what I want to buy. I say that to say that I like to get in and out of there in a relative short time. I'm a straight to the point girl and I just want to be able to read myself as well as receive a short explanation from the salesperson and finance personnel. My salesperson, Igor, was great. He accommodated every request that I had and went above and beyond to ensure that he got me into the vehicle that I showed extreme interest in. I'm glad that finance put the work in to get me financed as close as possible to my one request without much push back. My only ding is that, while having a digital copy of the contract and everything I signed in my email, I want to leave out with a printout as well of all signed documents. Also while signing my documents, the person was moving uncomfortably fast and was not giving enough detailed of certain items. Luckily I already knew that extra warranties were going to be added, because that's what dealerships do, however I wanted the coverage listed to me prior to the document signing as well as a detailed pamphlet of the warranties or extra coverage. I have always received that at other dealerships in the past when I have decided to get the extra warranties. And yes I did ask for these things several times before leaving. I actually didn't receive my purchase contract or a lack-lusting warranty pamphlet until a week after my purchase after calling finance with a complaint. I'm not going to ding them with a star but that is something that i hope they improve because I can see myself as a returning customer in the future.

The Service Department at Landmark has saved me twice in the past few months. I am from Florida and was visiting family in ATL during Thanksgiving. When I was gassing up to make the 8-hour trip home, I had a major oil leak in my Jeep. They fit me in that day (the Friday after Thanksgiving), immediately identified the issue, and had me back on the road the same day after a major repair. Again, I was visiting family on an extended trip and the Jeep threw a series of codes. Once again, Landmark fit me in (on MLK), was able to determine the error, and cleared the codes so I could have peace of mind for the remainder of my trip. I could have easily been stranded or taken advantage of both times but that is not what happened. I am very grateful for Daryl, Neil, and the rest of the Service Team at Landmark for bailing me out over and over. I wish they were my hometown dealer and service center. I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. After searching all day and even going to another dealer that lied to me and tried to sell me something else, I called up there to see if they had a particular BMW 7 series. Malon answered the phone and let me know the car was available. When I got there, he had the car parked and waiting for me to see. Once I saw the car, I was in and out in a little over an hour. By far the best and easiest experience I've ever had.
