He was a true professional and very patient with me, especially since In am a very picky and demanding individual. He persevered and stood by me, from the first email on Monday, through Friday, when I drove my new Durango RT home. James, the management team, got me the deal I could not walk away from, best price within a 60 mile radius, which included a better interest rate. After my car stalled at night & had to be towed to receive maintenance without an appointment. I can say that I’m pleased with the maintenance that I received. The communication and customer service was well with a follow up call following the service. They may take a little longer, but me personally I rather it take longer and fixed appropriately then rushed. I have a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and these cars are not engineered in favor of a mechanic especially with anything going on under the hood, or else I’ll do the work lol. I’ll be back, O yea they gave me a FREE OIL CHANGE on my next visit. Thanks

Our purchase experience at Landmark was absolutely fantastic We needed a new car, but were concerned about new car sticker shock. But , after getting to the dealership and working the the process with Chris Boykin and Hamid, we got a great car that we really wanted, a payment we can afford, and the start of a great relationship with the dealership. We do very much appreciate the work done by Tim Hall to be sure that our final contract was the very best deal we could get and that all of the appropriate incentives were included. (Review is to highlight Saalih Watson and his customer service) Went to Landmark to have my oil filter housing replaced and came with an official inspection from another Jeep Dealer to show verification of issue. Service Advisor (Saalih Watson) took vehicle in and got with tech to evaluate. Was then told original diagnosis was incorrect and oil leak as coming from another area. There was a leak in that area that was repaired however when asked about the original diagnosis I was ‘Assured’ that was not the issue. Vehicle was with dealer for a month mind you. Upon taking vehicle home noticed oil leak again a few days later. Took vehicle back to only be told original reason I brought vehicle in was the reason for continued leak. Saalih Watson took the vehicle back immediately and performed repair that was originally requested and returned vehicle same day. He owned that there was an error and immediately resolved with a timely and very amicable solution. Great Job Saalih!!!

We first drove a Ram a month before we purchased. We were looking for a used truck and we told Chris what we were looking for, color, mileage and some features. If he had something close that came in he would send over a video. Then he sent the one we needed up purchasing. The truck we wanted. Chris listens to his clients. Disclaimer I did NOT purchase my car here. But the best service dept hands down!!! But I’ll try to keep this short but the service dept at this dealership is nothing short of amazing. I first brought my car in for a blown motor blower in March. My service advisor Dante and the team including Saaliah, went above and beyond with communication regarding my car through the whole service process. I unfortunately had to bring my car back for another issue unrelated to my previous and once again I was provided with top tier service literally not one complaint. My most recent issue with my entire braking system which required a lot of labor and diagnostic work and once again without hesitation I called Dante back and he and his team did what they all ways do and took care of my the issues with my brakes. I can’t thank them enough. If you need service for your car this is the places. The prices are fair and the customer service is excellent. Also if you’re looking to buy check them out as well.

Ive had a jeep for 7 years so i am familiar with service departments across states (Alabama, Florida, Georgia). Ive never had a had a bad experience however in consideration to the various appts, the ones at this location have gone exceptionally well. Ms. Alisha in service gets me together, up to date on my current service and future recommendations. I feel informed with options of service yet not pressured. She is VERY helpful in the process of recalls, oil changes and setting me up with a rep for my extended warranty. As an honorable mention When she was out one day when i had a service scheduled, Nelson was helpful in direction of renting a car thru my jeep wave app and filled the gaps for intake to run smoothly. Thank you !

I can only speak about the experience my wife and I had with Briggs (sales) and Tim (finance) at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT, Briggs was awesome to work with. He was energetic, hard working, attentive, patient, understanding, polite, and knowledgeable. Briggs worked 3 hours after his shift to get the deal done, not once did he complain or look like he wanted to be elsewhere. He was present with us the whole time. Everyone remembers the sales person who they bought their car from, and Briggs made this an excellent experience. I would highly recommend making an appointment with him. Not once did I feel like I was getting a sales pitch. Briggs really focused on the relationship of the customer. Tim is a wonderful human being. He is a family man, and you clearly see it by how he treats others. He is very excited to talk about his family and wants to get to know yours too. Tim worked hard for us on pricing and financing, bringing out monthly cost down dramatically. Furthermore, Tim worked through some technical difficulties and got the sale completed. He was kind and apologized for the delay. During this delay there was no awkward silence, Tim was genuinely interested in our story. I don’t feel like Tim was trying to push product or squeeze money out of us, I believe he had our best interest in mind. Tim is very intellectual, kind, hard working, and thoughtful. Both of these gentlemen are top notch people and I couldn’t be happier with our experience during our purchase.

I had a good experience with handling my recall at this location. Deontae in service made it so easy to work with. He was knowledgeable of the process and was accurate on the time frame. He kept me in the loop on when my car was ready and even offered a rideshare back to the dealership to pick my car up. He also gave me good information on what needed to be done. He kept a positive attitude and was very warm welcoming. I would recommend this location if anyone has a car needing attention.

This dealership did a wonderful job of finding me the car I have been looking for. Payam, my sales person, first met me when I stopped by to look at used Tesla vehicles. Though they did not have a car on the lot for my needs he took notes of what I was looking for and my phone number. I contacted several dealers and gave the same information. Weeks went by and Payam was the only one who found exactly what I was looking for. He then followed up with minor details the car needed and then kept to his Word about everything promised to me. This dealership has gone above and beyond with customer service. My salesmen, Payam was great. He is honestly one of the most wholesome and respectful people I've met and by far the best salesman I've interacted with. Tim, the financial director was excellent as well, he managed to get me a lower interest rate than my credit union which I was not expecting. I was passing through Atlanta going from Houston to Asheville this week when suddenly all the trouble lights came up on my dash and my vehicle wouldn’t drive except in 6th gear. I made it to Landmark Dodge CJR on Peachtree Blvd and even though they had a 3 day backlog of work - they fit me in, and were able to get me back on the road that same day. I recently brought in my 2015 Dodge Challenger after experiencing issues that were ultimately diagnosed as problems with the lifters and camshaft. She handled the entire process and ensured the warranty covered all the necessary repairs. What truly set Aleshia apart was her honesty and integrity. There was a misquote on the number of spark plugs needed, and instead of passing that extra cost on to me, she made sure I paid nothing more than my deductible. I can honestly say that my experience at Landmark was good. As a car enthusiast, when I go to dealerships, I have already done extensive research on what I want to buy. I say that to say that I like to get in and out of there in a relative short time. I'm a straight to the point girl and I just want to be able to read myself as well as receive a short explanation from the salesperson and finance personnel. My salesperson, Igor, was great. He accommodated every request that I had and went above and beyond to ensure that he got me into the vehicle that I showed extreme interest in. I'm glad that finance put the work in to get me financed as close as possible to my one request without much push back. My only ding is that, while having a digital copy of the contract and everything I signed in my email, I want to leave out with a printout as well of all signed documents. Also while signing my documents, the person was moving uncomfortably fast and was not giving enough detailed of certain items. Luckily I already knew that extra warranties were going to be added, because that's what dealerships do, however I wanted the coverage listed to me prior to the document signing as well as a detailed pamphlet of the warranties or extra coverage. I have always received that at other dealerships in the past when I have decided to get the extra warranties. And yes I did ask for these things several times before leaving. I actually didn't receive my purchase contract or a lack-lusting warranty pamphlet until a week after my purchase after calling finance with a complaint. I'm not going to ding them with a star but that is something that i hope they improve because I can see myself as a returning customer in the future.

The Service Department at Landmark has saved me twice in the past few months. I am from Florida and was visiting family in ATL during Thanksgiving. When I was gassing up to make the 8-hour trip home, I had a major oil leak in my Jeep. They fit me in that day (the Friday after Thanksgiving), immediately identified the issue, and had me back on the road the same day after a major repair. Again, I was visiting family on an extended trip and the Jeep threw a series of codes. Once again, Landmark fit me in (on MLK), was able to determine the error, and cleared the codes so I could have peace of mind for the remainder of my trip. I could have easily been stranded or taken advantage of both times but that is not what happened. I am very grateful for Daryl, Neil, and the rest of the Service Team at Landmark for bailing me out over and over. I wish they were my hometown dealer and service center. I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. After searching all day and even going to another dealer that lied to me and tried to sell me something else, I called up there to see if they had a particular BMW 7 series. Malon answered the phone and let me know the car was available. When I got there, he had the car parked and waiting for me to see. Once I saw the car, I was in and out in a little over an hour. By far the best and easiest experience I've ever had.
