Joshua Shaw provided incredible customer service. He was constantly "ripping and running" to make sure every detail was handled, even going as far as working on his day off to ensure everything stayed on track. That kind of dedication is rare! James Howe, the sales manager, was also fantastic. He made sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted at the best price possible—even if it "pained" him a little to give us such a great deal! The two of them worked together to source our vehicle from another location and had it delivered right to us. They made the whole process seamless. Thanks again, guys!

This dealership has gone above and beyond with customer service. My salesmen, Payam was great. He is honestly one of the most wholesome and respectful people I've met and by far the best salesman I've interacted with. Tim, the financial director was excellent as well, he managed to get me a lower interest rate than my credit union which I was not expecting. Hamid was funny and very insightful and gave me a lot to think about when making my decision on the two options I had. Overall, this experience was easy and great. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car. They genuinely make you feel like family and were very transparent.

I was passing through Atlanta going from Houston to Asheville this week when suddenly all the trouble lights came up on my dash and my vehicle wouldn’t drive except in 6th gear. I made it to Landmark Dodge CJR on Peachtree Blvd and even though they had a 3 day backlog of work - they fit me in, and were able to get me back on the road that same day. The service rep - Dwain, and his manager were amazing and I am in their debt for their customer service! Thanks!

I am very busy with no time to spend hours at a dealership. I called around explaining that I wanted to lease a car but it would have to be done all over the phone. No one wanted to help. I recently brought in my 2015 Dodge Challenger after experiencing issues that were ultimately diagnosed as problems with the lifters and camshaft. There was a misquote on the number of spark plugs needed, and instead of passing that extra cost on to me, she made sure I paid nothing more than my deductible. I can honestly say that my experience at Landmark was good. As a car enthusiast, when I go to dealerships, I have already done extensive research on what I want to buy. I say that to say that I like to get in and out of there in a relative short time. I'm a straight to the point girl and I just want to be able to read myself as well as receive a short explanation from the salesperson and finance personnel. My salesperson, Igor, was great. He accommodated every request that I had and went above and beyond to ensure that he got me into the vehicle that I showed extreme interest in. I'm glad that finance put the work in to get me financed as close as possible to my one request without much push back. My only ding is that, while having a digital copy of the contract and everything I signed in my email, I want to leave out with a printout as well of all signed documents. Also while signing my documents, the person was moving uncomfortably fast and was not giving enough detailed of certain items. Luckily I already knew that extra warranties were going to be added, because that's what dealerships do, however I wanted the coverage listed to me prior to the document signing as well as a detailed pamphlet of the warranties or extra coverage. I have always received that at other dealerships in the past when I have decided to get the extra warranties. And yes I did ask for these things several times before leaving. I actually didn't receive my purchase contract or a lack-lusting warranty pamphlet until a week after my purchase after calling finance with a complaint. I'm not going to ding them with a star but that is something that i hope they improve because I can see myself as a returning customer in the future.

The Service Department at Landmark has saved me twice in the past few months. I am from Florida and was visiting family in ATL during Thanksgiving. When I was gassing up to make the 8-hour trip home, I had a major oil leak in my Jeep. They fit me in that day (the Friday after Thanksgiving), immediately identified the issue, and had me back on the road the same day after a major repair. Again, I was visiting family on an extended trip and the Jeep threw a series of codes. Once again, Landmark fit me in (on MLK), was able to determine the error, and cleared the codes so I could have peace of mind for the remainder of my trip. I could have easily been stranded or taken advantage of both times but that is not what happened. I am very grateful for Daryl, Neil, and the rest of the Service Team at Landmark for bailing me out over and over. I wish they were my hometown dealer and service center. I just bought a certified Jeep grand Cherokee from landmark in Atlanta and had a fantastic experience. No run around so straightforward. Seriously just a great experience! It was night and day from what I experienced the last time I visited this service department. I really hope that the service manager keeps this gentlemen because he understands the definition of excellent service. Best experience ever !!! Payam my salesperson was outstanding from the time I looked at the truck online I knew that was the one . I was from Florida so I couldn’t get there right away so I put my deposit down on the truck not driving it but Payam did several videos for me and let me see whatever I asked for . I then flew to Atlanta a week and a half later to pick the truck up after I arrived at car lot I told him I wanted to take for a test drive he accommodated my wishes. The 2018 Chevy Tahoe was just as I expected when I got there perfect condition as I was told it was. If I could I would give dealership 10 stars along with Payam . Thanks again Landmark !

This is an overall review for the dealership and feedback to the upper management of Landmark Automotive Group in Chamblee GA. >What went well…My initial contact was with Darryl Humphries, sale rep. I can’t say enough positive things about what he did for me throughout the shopping process. I chose him based on other positive reviews on Google that mentioned his name. He took additional photos, videos of my car, answered all my questions and made sure everything that was included with the car was indeed received upon delivery to my home in Miami Fl. He was professional, friendly and most accommodating to his customers. Please recognize him! >The deal on the car I purchased…a 2011 Corvette Grand Sport Z16 Heritage edition. Stock #P65076A. The dealership was spot on…This was a pristine, mint condition Vette with only 16,526 miles on it. It came with 2 targa tops, 2 remote transmitters and an upgraded Alpine stereo system. The car was accurately represented, and I’m very pleased with this automobile. The sales manager Justin Hacias gave me the deal I wanted based on my offer using the “Carfax History-Based value” with a discount. I made a deposit on 02/14/25 and completed a bank wire transfer (no financing) for the balance on 02/18/25. Time will tell if the car owns up to its initial offering. >The paperwork: On 02/20/25 I received a FEDEX package from the dealership finance guy, Tim Hall. While I was not made aware of being on the lookout for this, I was able to open and see the contents were paperwork related to the sale. A simple post-it-note stating, “please apply your signature where you see a highlighted mark on the line” etc. would have been desirable. I called Tim & obtained clarification on each document with questions answered. It included a temporary tag & registration which allowed me to legally drive the car in Florida until all final paperwork was processed. On 03/10/25, I received notification from the dealership that all the paperwork was sent to my local tag agency with 4 miles of my home. Everything went smoothly and I received my free & clear title, permanent registration and Florida tag at that time. Note: Every dealership is a little different as I bought out-of-state cars from Pennsylvania, California, and now Georgia. In closing, you’re probably saying this buyer is detailed oriented and your right. We live in a world of potential fraud, increased clerical errors and lack of clarity. I retired from a large electric utility company and being a heavily regulated industry, we stressed accuracy, following the process and being thorough. Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase and learned a little more about the overall vehicle sale process.

From the moment I walked in the dealership, a young man by the name of Dante greeted me. He was busy but he assured me that the next free service representative would take care of me. The service rep that eventually took care of me was Jessie Smith. I told him my reason for being there and he made sure we were both on the same page when it came to my car being serviced. His hospitality and the complimentary service that Mr. Smith offered me was much appreciated. I will travel pass other Dodge dealerships to come to Landmark Dodge. My 2023 Dodge Charger was and is in great hands. I say is because I'm at the dealership right now as I'm writing this review. I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.
