I had a wonderful experience with Landmark. I had no way of getting to the dealership, so they had Daryll come 45 min. out of his way to pick me up. Which for me that was going above and beyond. It doesn't stop there. I was nervous about driving in the heavy traffic, so Daryll again brought me home. Great customer service. You need to go to them if your in need of a vehicle.

I went into the dealership for a recall on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler and drove out in a new 2019 Wrangler Sahara. Luc and Lexi were very honest with the information about my trade in and their price was below true car pricing which is what made me pull the trigger to purchase the upgraded Wrangler. Made another deal at Landmark to upgrade my Wrangler with Peter. Very smooth process.

Aleshia was such a wonderful help to me!!!! I came in for a U90 Recall and she mistakenly added an oil change to my ticket. When I expressed that I was not prepared to pay for an oil change, she immediately looked into the mistake and took full responsibility for the mistake which resulted in my recall being fixed and my oil change being completed free of charge. Thank you for taking care of me!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be going back for all of my jeep’s services from now on.

I traveled 50miles to this location and would drive 100 miles if I had to do it over again. The customer service/customer care, that I received from Aleshia Kincade in the service department was nothing short of amazing. I've never been so happy with the outcome of having major work done, from the dealership. This visit has restored my faith in the dodge service department. 5 star service Literally Jesse, “my” service advisor, had booked me in a few weeks back for a warranty related issue requiring some software upgrade and possibly a parts change. I got reminded the day before about the appointment. Upon arrival, Jesse took care of me and, after review with a senior tech advisor, it was deemed that no new parts would be needed, and Jesse made sure my car would be sorted out during that same day. First experience: 2019 OUTSTANDING! I was looking for a compact SUV. Landmark Chrysler was one of the first dealerships I visited. Michelle and Travis were courteous and patient in answering our questions. However, to get the best year-end deal, me and my wife decided to look around for other options as well. In pursuit of best deal, we visited many dealerships not in the city but also in nearby towns, stretched over couple of days, and hundreds of miles. Michelle, was very interested in knowing where we are on our shopping and she was always willing to beat the best deal offered. Michelle and Travis took the SUV offline for couple of days so that the car stays in their lot and I can have peace of mind while I was shopping at other places. Great inventory, best deals and awesome people at Landmark helped us in getting our next car smoothly. I will highly recommend this dealership, especially Michelle and Travis. I returned to Landmark because of these guys. Thank you Landmark! Second experience: 2023 OUTSTANDING OUTSTANDING! We wanted to upgrade our car from compact to midsize. Landmark was able to beat prices not only in Atlanta but they were able to beat the price from few dealerships from Tennessee also (yes, due to inventory shortage, we were looking at farther dealerships as well). Landmark followed up rigorously on the deal and they did everything to finally to get us lock the deal on our New Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 2023. We would highly recommend this dealership. I conveyed my requirements for my new car which included make, model, color, options and cost to Igor Bugrovsky. I also relayed another overlooked consideration which was the amount of time it takes to buy a car. I asked Igor if we could speed the process. Igor said he could handle all of my requests. Joshua Shaw provided incredible customer service. He was constantly "ripping and running" to make sure every detail was handled, even going as far as working on his day off to ensure everything stayed on track. That kind of dedication is rare! This dealership has gone above and beyond with customer service. My salesmen, Payam was great. He is honestly one of the most wholesome and respectful people I've met and by far the best salesman I've interacted with. Tim, the financial director was excellent as well, he managed to get me a lower interest rate than my credit union which I was not expecting. Hamid was funny and very insightful and gave me a lot to think about when making my decision on the two options I had. Overall, this experience was easy and great. I was passing through Atlanta going from Houston to Asheville this week when suddenly all the trouble lights came up on my dash and my vehicle wouldn’t drive except in 6th gear. I made it to Landmark Dodge CJR on Peachtree Blvd and even though they had a 3 day backlog of work - they fit me in, and were able to get me back on the road that same day. I can honestly say that my experience at Landmark was good. As a car enthusiast, when I go to dealerships, I have already done extensive research on what I want to buy. I say that to say that I like to get in and out of there in a relative short time. I'm a straight to the point girl and I just want to be able to read myself as well as receive a short explanation from the salesperson and finance personnel. My salesperson, Igor, was great. He accommodated every request that I had and went above and beyond to ensure that he got me into the vehicle that I showed extreme interest in. I'm glad that finance put the work in to get me financed as close as possible to my one request without much push back. My only ding is that, while having a digital copy of the contract and everything I signed in my email, I want to leave out with a printout as well of all signed documents. Also while signing my documents, the person was moving uncomfortably fast and was not giving enough detailed of certain items. Luckily I already knew that extra warranties were going to be added, because that's what dealerships do, however I wanted the coverage listed to me prior to the document signing as well as a detailed pamphlet of the warranties or extra coverage. I have always received that at other dealerships in the past when I have decided to get the extra warranties. And yes I did ask for these things several times before leaving. I actually didn't receive my purchase contract or a lack-lusting warranty pamphlet until a week after my purchase after calling finance with a complaint. I'm not going to ding them with a star but that is something that i hope they improve because I can see myself as a returning customer in the future.

The Service Department at Landmark has saved me twice in the past few months. I am from Florida and was visiting family in ATL during Thanksgiving. When I was gassing up to make the 8-hour trip home, I had a major oil leak in my Jeep. They fit me in that day (the Friday after Thanksgiving), immediately identified the issue, and had me back on the road the same day after a major repair. Again, I was visiting family on an extended trip and the Jeep threw a series of codes. Once again, Landmark fit me in (on MLK), was able to determine the error, and cleared the codes so I could have peace of mind for the remainder of my trip. I could have easily been stranded or taken advantage of both times but that is not what happened. I am very grateful for Daryl, Neil, and the rest of the Service Team at Landmark for bailing me out over and over. I wish they were my hometown dealer and service center. I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.
