First experience: 2019 OUTSTANDING! I was looking for a compact SUV. Landmark Chrysler was one of the first dealerships I visited. Michelle and Travis were courteous and patient in answering our questions. However, to get the best year-end deal, me and my wife decided to look around for other options as well. In pursuit of best deal, we visited many dealerships not in the city but also in nearby towns, stretched over couple of days, and hundreds of miles. Michelle, was very interested in knowing where we are on our shopping and she was always willing to beat the best deal offered. Michelle and Travis took the SUV offline for couple of days so that the car stays in their lot and I can have peace of mind while I was shopping at other places. Great inventory, best deals and awesome people at Landmark helped us in getting our next car smoothly. I will highly recommend this dealership, especially Michelle and Travis. I returned to Landmark because of these guys. Thank you Landmark! Second experience: 2023 OUTSTANDING OUTSTANDING! We wanted to upgrade our car from compact to midsize. Landmark was able to beat prices not only in Atlanta but they were able to beat the price from few dealerships from Tennessee also (yes, due to inventory shortage, we were looking at farther dealerships as well). Landmark followed up rigorously on the deal and they did everything to finally to get us lock the deal on our New Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 2023. We would highly recommend this dealership. Service experience: Jesse Smith was pleasure to work with for my 30k miles service on Grand Cherokee L. Will highly recommend him any day.

I conveyed my requirements for my new car which included make, model, color, options and cost to Igor Bugrovsky. I also relayed another overlooked consideration which was the amount of time it takes to buy a car. I asked Igor if we could speed the process. Igor said he could handle all of my requests. He worked with me and his team going through each of my requirements with a sense of priority. We came to a final resolution and the deal got done in a very timely manner. I have just bought a gr corolla here and it was one of the best experiences of buying a car ever. Brigs is the guy that helped me, he was very friendly just felt at home there not nervous at all. There were hiccups with the bank and I ended up staying there quite a long time, but Brigs and his team tried their best to solve the issue the best they can. It’s my first time visiting this locations for a simple oil change. I called ahead to verify if I would be able to be in and out with a few hours for service. I was advised that my car would be seen and out of the shop within two hours. I arrived to the landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep and met Anna. Upon arrival she checked me in, and I sat in the meeting area. Anna checked on me several times while I’ve been sitting in the waiting area. Her customer service is fantastic, and I appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond. She is dedicated to her job and ensures that customers know, they are taken care of. I had been sitting in the waiting area for 2 hours. My car sat exactly where I had it parked, upon arrival. Due to a mass meeting with all employees, this delayed my service today. I met with Mr. Moser, The service Director at Landmark to express my frustration with the lack of service for my vehicle. Not only did he appreciate my feedback but insured that my vehicle service was his top priority. Within a few minutes of meeting Mr. Moser my car was being pulled around, and my service was finished. I work in the service industry and understand that we take a beating by customers often, so although frustrated, I did not want to blame anyone for miss handling my time. Mr. Moser insured that I’m on my next appointment, I would be met with efficient service. I do appreciate the customer service of this team as they work hard. Although this location has not been my first choice in the past, I will return for a future service and I know I’ll be met with care.

Great experience overall here at Landmark. In particular, Peter and Darryl, our sales reps, were patient and helpful every step of the way. I admittedly had my disagreements with their management team on price, but these two in particular are the reason we got this over the finish line and ended up with our new jeep. And when the only car with the options we needed happened to be at their sister lot in Athens, they drove it to our house to drop off the next day. This dealership was a lifesaver. I am from Florida on a travel nursing assignment and have been trying to get my tires rotated in florida at two dealerships including the one I bought it from. No one could help since my tires had locks with no key. This dealership had a older key and it worked. Also, my brakes had been grinding for one week, which is what brought me into this dealership. My jeep is a 2015 and beachside florida the rotors were fused together and difficult. Everyone at this dealership was so helpful and kind. My peace of mind and safety restored. Thanks, Guys!

Needed to share my great experience. I was extremely stressed about my family members who had driven hours and had a wobbly tire. we showed up at this dealership and Earl immediately stopped approximately four crash outs by understanding the urgency of the situation and getting his team to figure it out and replace the tire (which was about to blow!) within an hour (without an appointment). Earl also helpfully screwed our license plate on the back of the car out of the kindness of his heart. Appreciate Earl and the team's attention to our needs and swift work. Thanks!

I just wanted to share about a recent experience with Dwain in the service department. My car battery had died and we couldn’t jump it, so had it towed to Landmark on a Friday afternoon. I was told they probably couldn’t get to it until Monday. I think Dwain heard the panic in my voice as I realized I wouldn’t have the car for the weekend full of kids activities/sports. Around 6pm that day he called to let me know it was fixed AND they had also proactively addressed 2 recalls in the system. It was such a relief and I appreciated that he had gone above and beyond for me! If you head to the service department make sure you ask for Dwain! He will treat you like family.

Joshua Shaw provided incredible customer service. He was constantly "ripping and running" to make sure every detail was handled, even going as far as working on his day off to ensure everything stayed on track. That kind of dedication is rare! This dealership has gone above and beyond with customer service. My salesmen, Payam was great. He is honestly one of the most wholesome and respectful people I've met and by far the best salesman I've interacted with. Tim, the financial director was excellent as well, he managed to get me a lower interest rate than my credit union which I was not expecting. Hamid was funny and very insightful and gave me a lot to think about when making my decision on the two options I had. Overall, this experience was easy and great. I was passing through Atlanta going from Houston to Asheville this week when suddenly all the trouble lights came up on my dash and my vehicle wouldn’t drive except in 6th gear. I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.
