My experience was great from sales, sales manager, and finance was great. They worked to earn my business . After weeks of dealing with other dealers I was doubtful that it would happen. Aleshia was such a wonderful help to me!!!! I came in for a U90 Recall and she mistakenly added an oil change to my ticket. When I expressed that I was not prepared to pay for an oil change, she immediately looked into the mistake and took full responsibility for the mistake which resulted in my recall being fixed and my oil change being completed free of charge. 5 star service Literally Jesse, “my” service advisor, had booked me in a few weeks back for a warranty related issue requiring some software upgrade and possibly a parts change. First experience: 2019 OUTSTANDING! I was looking for a compact SUV. Landmark Chrysler was one of the first dealerships I visited. Michelle and Travis were courteous and patient in answering our questions. However, to get the best year-end deal, me and my wife decided to look around for other options as well. In pursuit of best deal, we visited many dealerships not in the city but also in nearby towns, stretched over couple of days, and hundreds of miles. Michelle, was very interested in knowing where we are on our shopping and she was always willing to beat the best deal offered. Michelle and Travis took the SUV offline for couple of days so that the car stays in their lot and I can have peace of mind while I was shopping at other places. Great inventory, best deals and awesome people at Landmark helped us in getting our next car smoothly. I will highly recommend this dealership, especially Michelle and Travis. I returned to Landmark because of these guys. Thank you Landmark! Second experience: 2023 OUTSTANDING OUTSTANDING! We wanted to upgrade our car from compact to midsize. Landmark was able to beat prices not only in Atlanta but they were able to beat the price from few dealerships from Tennessee also (yes, due to inventory shortage, we were looking at farther dealerships as well). Landmark followed up rigorously on the deal and they did everything to finally to get us lock the deal on our New Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland 2023. We would highly recommend this dealership. I conveyed my requirements for my new car which included make, model, color, options and cost to Igor Bugrovsky. I also relayed another overlooked consideration which was the amount of time it takes to buy a car. I asked Igor if we could speed the process. Igor said he could handle all of my requests. He worked with me and his team going through each of my requirements with a sense of priority. We came to a final resolution and the deal got done in a very timely manner. I have just bought a gr corolla here and it was one of the best experiences of buying a car ever. Brigs is the guy that helped me, he was very friendly just felt at home there not nervous at all. There were hiccups with the bank and I ended up staying there quite a long time, but Brigs and his team tried their best to solve the issue the best they can. I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.

After searching all day and even going to another dealer that lied to me and tried to sell me something else, I called up there to see if they had a particular BMW 7 series. Malon answered the phone and let me know the car was available. When I got there, he had the car parked and waiting for me to see. Once I saw the car, I was in and out in a little over an hour. By far the best and easiest experience I've ever had.
