I was passing through Atlanta going from Houston to Asheville this week when suddenly all the trouble lights came up on my dash and my vehicle wouldn’t drive except in 6th gear. I made it to Landmark Dodge CJR on Peachtree Blvd and even though they had a 3 day backlog of work - they fit me in, and were able to get me back on the road that same day. The service rep - Dwain, and his manager were amazing and I am in their debt for their customer service! Thanks!

Genuinely enjoyed being here and felt welcomed. I had my Fiance and baby with me. I got the pleasure to work with Igor and throughout the entire time him and the staff had exceptional hospitality offering food and drinks throughout the process. I am very busy with no time to spend hours at a dealership. I called around explaining that I wanted to lease a car but it would have to be done all over the phone. No one wanted to help. When I called Lamark Atlanta, Igor, was the sales person that helped me. He was very attentive and worked with my busy schedule, searching for the car I was looking for. I recently brought in my 2015 Dodge Challenger after experiencing issues that were ultimately diagnosed as problems with the lifters and camshaft. From the moment I arrived, Aleshia, my Service Advisor, delivered exceptional care. She immediately identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and took full responsibility for working with my warranty company. I didn’t have to make a single call. She handled the entire process and ensured the warranty covered all the necessary repairs. What truly set Aleshia apart was her honesty and integrity. There was a misquote on the number of spark plugs needed, and instead of passing that extra cost on to me, she made sure I paid nothing more than my deductible. That level of transparency and customer-first service is rare and deeply appreciated. The repairs were completed professionally, and my car now sounds better than it did the day I drove it off the lot. I’ll absolutely be returning for any major service in the future. I can honestly say that my experience at Landmark was good. As a car enthusiast, when I go to dealerships, I have already done extensive research on what I want to buy. I say that to say that I like to get in and out of there in a relative short time. I'm a straight to the point girl and I just want to be able to read myself as well as receive a short explanation from the salesperson and finance personnel. My salesperson, Igor, was great. He accommodated every request that I had and went above and beyond to ensure that he got me into the vehicle that I showed extreme interest in. I'm glad that finance put the work in to get me financed as close as possible to my one request without much push back. My only ding is that, while having a digital copy of the contract and everything I signed in my email, I want to leave out with a printout as well of all signed documents. Also while signing my documents, the person was moving uncomfortably fast and was not giving enough detailed of certain items. Luckily I already knew that extra warranties were going to be added, because that's what dealerships do, however I wanted the coverage listed to me prior to the document signing as well as a detailed pamphlet of the warranties or extra coverage. I have always received that at other dealerships in the past when I have decided to get the extra warranties. And yes I did ask for these things several times before leaving. I actually didn't receive my purchase contract or a lack-lusting warranty pamphlet until a week after my purchase after calling finance with a complaint. I'm not going to ding them with a star but that is something that i hope they improve because I can see myself as a returning customer in the future.

The Service Department at Landmark has saved me twice in the past few months. I am from Florida and was visiting family in ATL during Thanksgiving. When I was gassing up to make the 8-hour trip home, I had a major oil leak in my Jeep. They fit me in that day (the Friday after Thanksgiving), immediately identified the issue, and had me back on the road the same day after a major repair. Again, I was visiting family on an extended trip and the Jeep threw a series of codes. Once again, Landmark fit me in (on MLK), was able to determine the error, and cleared the codes so I could have peace of mind for the remainder of my trip. I could have easily been stranded or taken advantage of both times but that is not what happened. I am very grateful for Daryl, Neil, and the rest of the Service Team at Landmark for bailing me out over and over. I wish they were my hometown dealer and service center. Beyond excellence. **********

5/8/26 - My experience at the dealership this time around was much better. I worked with service advisor Bryan Chavez to have the inside door handle on my challenger replaced (it broke off). Bryan was straight forward and keep me up to date from start to finish. This time no bull shit. With my scheduled appointment, I was in and out. *********************************************************** My car has been serviced here a couple of times in the past with no problems excellent service however this time has me concerned. Two service lights were showing on my Challenger therefore I called the dealership and was advised there was a 7:45 am appointment open for Thursday June 4th. I follow up with Service Advisor that evening and was advised no word from tech. Friday June 5th no word from Service Advisor after leaving several messages/text. Saturday June 6th after leaving several messages Service Advisor finally answers the phone to advise me, nothing from tech. I have not received a call or text that my car has been diagnosed along with the cost. Monday June 8th, Jaylond my Service Advisor finally contacts me to advise my Challenger needs to have the transmission control module replaced, my car is still under warranty and part will take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. Saturday June 13th, I follow up with Service Advisor just to see if the part had arrived. No response so I speak with Receptionist and she advises me that Jaylond is out however she will follow up and give me a call before they close. Well guess what, no call. Monday June 15th, no response to text or phone call. A Little Tip For The Dealership: The Service Advisor sets the tone of the Dealership. My Service Advisor has been none responsive. It is her job to keep me up to date as to what is going on with my property. She also should have been upfront with me regarding the techs backlog therefore giving me the opportunity to go with this dealership or have my car towed to the Duluth or Buford location. I'm really disappointed Landmark.

Darryl provided excellent customer service and made the purchasing process on our RAM 1500 fairly simple and easy to approach. We appreciated how relaxed and grounded his sales approach was, and still get warmly greeted every time we see him when stopping by. Our truck is now being handled by Dwain in service. He’s done an excellent job at communicating progress/delays, and has overall been a friendly individual to work with. We look forward to continue having our truck under his care.

I recently purchased my 2026 Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle and experienced an issue with my radio not turning on . I contacted my selling dealership and was told it was going to be 3-4 days for them to diagnose the issue. I drove right into the service garage at Landmark was greeted by Bryan Chavez. He told me normally diagnostics does take time but he was going to see what he can do for me right then and there. He opened my hood and located the fuse for the radio and simply by removing it and putting back in my radio came back up. He told me to monitor it and come back if it becomes an issue again. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for routine service at this dealership. Great service ! 5 stars for Bryan Chavez . Very professional and knowledgeable individual.

I recently purchased a Jeep Rubicon from this dealership, and I have to give major credit to the sales team—especially Demetrius Young—for outstanding service. This dealership was a lifesaver. I am from Florida on a travel nursing assignment and have been trying to get my tires rotated in florida at two dealerships including the one I bought it from. No one could help since my tires had locks with no key. This dealership had a older key and it worked. Also, my brakes had been grinding for one week, which is what brought me into this dealership. My jeep is a 2015 and beachside florida the rotors were fused together and difficult. Everyone at this dealership was so helpful and kind. My peace of mind and safety restored. Thanks, Guys!

Needed to share my great experience. I was extremely stressed about my family members who had driven hours and had a wobbly tire. we showed up at this dealership and Earl immediately stopped approximately four crash outs by understanding the urgency of the situation and getting his team to figure it out and replace the tire (which was about to blow!) within an hour (without an appointment). Earl also helpfully screwed our license plate on the back of the car out of the kindness of his heart. Appreciate Earl and the team's attention to our needs and swift work. Thanks!

I just wanted to share about a recent experience with Dwain in the service department. My car battery had died and we couldn’t jump it, so had it towed to Landmark on a Friday afternoon. I was told they probably couldn’t get to it until Monday. I think Dwain heard the panic in my voice as I realized I wouldn’t have the car for the weekend full of kids activities/sports. Around 6pm that day he called to let me know it was fixed AND they had also proactively addressed 2 recalls in the system. It was such a relief and I appreciated that he had gone above and beyond for me! If you head to the service department make sure you ask for Dwain! He will treat you like family.

Joshua Shaw provided incredible customer service. He was constantly "ripping and running" to make sure every detail was handled, even going as far as working on his day off to ensure everything stayed on track. That kind of dedication is rare! This dealership has gone above and beyond with customer service. My salesmen, Payam was great. He is honestly one of the most wholesome and respectful people I've met and by far the best salesman I've interacted with. Tim, the financial director was excellent as well, he managed to get me a lower interest rate than my credit union which I was not expecting. Hamid was funny and very insightful and gave me a lot to think about when making my decision on the two options I had. Overall, this experience was easy and great. I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.

After searching all day and even going to another dealer that lied to me and tried to sell me something else, I called up there to see if they had a particular BMW 7 series. Malon answered the phone and let me know the car was available. When I got there, he had the car parked and waiting for me to see. Once I saw the car, I was in and out in a little over an hour.
