My daughter and I started out at Landmark Morrow. They weren’t willing to even look at her car because it was Friday at 3pm. They wanted to hold her car til Monday without a loaner car! I told her let’s go we’re taking it to Landmark Atlanta where you bought it. Where customer service is priority. We drove an hour in Friday traffic from Morrow to Atlanta we arrived at 4pm. Darryl in the service department fixed it immediately. Her key fob had to be reprogrammed and needed a new battery. Darryl from Landmark Atlanta showed us genuine concern and exemplary customer service skills. Thank you Landmark Atlanta! Glad we purchased her Jeep from you all and not Landmark Morrow!

Earl truly went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Dealing with CarShield was an absolute headache constant miscommunication, delays, and back-and-forth but Earl remained patient, consistent, and professional through it all. I had a great experience purchasing my truck from Landmark of Atlanta. Most of everything was done online and Josh was my sales guy who helped me to a great a new 2025 Bighorn with the most incentives and even sent a personalized video of the truck. Working with the sales team was great too as they provided me with a great proposal and I accepted and came in and got the deal done very quickly. Very professional team from the Sales team down to the finance team. They will get my business in the future!

Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.

I admit, I was a bit skeptical trying to sell my used car to a traditional dealer, but all-in-all, it was a positive experience. My salesperson, Shadrach, was friendly and attentive. He greeted me warmly and checked in regularly through each step of the process. While I did not get the amount that I was initially quoted through Kelly Blue Book (due to the noted engine issue being on the more severe side), the manager, Hamid, and I ultimately agreed on a price that was a little higher than my CarMax offer, so I accepted the deal. They were respectful (not pushy) about my choice to sell outright rather than trade in. Due to their headquarters being in Morrow, GA, I signed papers on Wednesday, but they called me promptly on Saturday to pick up my check with no hassle. Appreciate the positive experience. Thanks!

I purchased a new 2025 silver 3 row Jeep Cherokee Laredo on Saturday 10/19/25. Previously had a Honda Pilot. The Laredo is much roomier and the interior felt like it had more bells and whistles. Love the size and interior finishes, especially the middle row full pilot seats which allows easy access to 3rd row seating. Extremely roomy and comfortable. Drives incredibly well. The sales process is always long and arduous but I guess that’s normal when purchasing a car and the years long financial commitment. They had plenty of inventory to choose from. Josh Shaw was my salesman and he was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about their products. His level of energy and enthusiasm to make a deal happen was appreciated. I was not an easy customer. I was undecided on model, color, price level etc. He was patient and explained in detail about the different vehicle options and eventually narrowing down what fit my budget and taste. Hamid the sales manager was very attentive, working options for my price point and committed to making a deal that worked for me. Other team members, Sid and Mike were informative and patient during the financing. Landmark team was friendly, welcoming and always offering beverages and making sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a new car. They know their product, are patient and will take the time to get you into a car that suits your needs without the pushy awkward sales tactics. Definitely worth the drive.

This dealership was a lifesaver. I am from Florida on a travel nursing assignment and have been trying to get my tires rotated in florida at two dealerships including the one I bought it from. No one could help since my tires had locks with no key. This dealership had a older key and it worked. Also, my brakes had been grinding for one week, which is what brought me into this dealership. My jeep is a 2015 and beachside florida the rotors were fused together and difficult. Everyone at this dealership was so helpful and kind. My peace of mind and safety restored. Thanks, Guys!

I was extremely stressed about my family members who had driven hours and had a wobbly tire. we showed up at this dealership and Earl immediately stopped approximately four crash outs by understanding the urgency of the situation and getting his team to figure it out and replace the tire (which was about to blow!) within an hour (without an appointment). Earl also helpfully screwed our license plate on the back of the car out of the kindness of his heart. Appreciate Earl and the team's attention to our needs and swift work. Thanks!

I just wanted to share about a recent experience with Dwain in the service department. My car battery had died and we couldn’t jump it, so had it towed to Landmark on a Friday afternoon. I was told they probably couldn’t get to it until Monday. I think Dwain heard the panic in my voice as I realized I wouldn’t have the car for the weekend full of kids activities/sports. Around 6pm that day he called to let me know it was fixed AND they had also proactively addressed 2 recalls in the system. It was such a relief and I appreciated that he had gone above and beyond for me! If you head to the service department make sure you ask for Dwain! He will treat you like family.

He was constantly "ripping and running" to make sure every detail was handled, even going as far as working on his day off to ensure everything stayed on track. That kind of dedication is rare! This dealership has gone above and beyond with customer service. My salesmen, Payam was great. He is honestly one of the most wholesome and respectful people I've met and by far the best salesman I've interacted with. Tim, the financial director was excellent as well, he managed to get me a lower interest rate than my credit union which I was not expecting. Hamid was funny and very insightful and gave me a lot to think about when making my decision on the two options I had. Overall, this experience was easy and great. I was passing through Atlanta going from Houston to Asheville this week when suddenly all the trouble lights came up on my dash and my vehicle wouldn’t drive except in 6th gear. I made it to Landmark Dodge CJR on Peachtree Blvd and even though they had a 3 day backlog of work - they fit me in, and were able to get me back on the road that same day. I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.

After searching all day and even going to another dealer that lied to me and tried to sell me something else, I called up there to see if they had a particular BMW 7 series. Malon answered the phone and let me know the car was available. When I got there, he had the car parked and waiting for me to see. Once I saw the car, I was in and out in a little over an hour.
