5/8/26 - My experience at the dealership this time around was much better. I worked with service advisor Bryan Chavez to have the inside door handle on my challenger replaced (it broke off). Bryan was straight forward and keep me up to date from start to finish. This time no bull shit. With my scheduled appointment, I was in and out. *********************************************************** My car has been serviced here a couple of times in the past with no problems excellent service however this time has me concerned. Two service lights were showing on my Challenger therefore I called the dealership and was advised there was a 7:45 am appointment open for Thursday June 4th. I follow up with Service Advisor that evening and was advised no word from tech. Friday June 5th no word from Service Advisor after leaving several messages/text. Saturday June 6th after leaving several messages Service Advisor finally answers the phone to advise me, nothing from tech. I have not received a call or text that my car has been diagnosed along with the cost. Monday June 8th, Jaylond my Service Advisor finally contacts me to advise my Challenger needs to have the transmission control module replaced, my car is still under warranty and part will take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. Saturday June 13th, I follow up with Service Advisor just to see if the part had arrived. No response so I speak with Receptionist and she advises me that Jaylond is out however she will follow up and give me a call before they close. Well guess what, no call. Monday June 15th, no response to text or phone call. A Little Tip For The Dealership: The Service Advisor sets the tone of the Dealership. My Service Advisor has been none responsive. It is her job to keep me up to date as to what is going on with my property. She also should have been upfront with me regarding the techs backlog therefore giving me the opportunity to go with this dealership or have my car towed to the Duluth or Buford location. I'm really disappointed Landmark.

I recently brought in my 2015 Dodge Challenger after experiencing issues that were ultimately diagnosed as problems with the lifters and camshaft. From the moment I arrived, Aleshia, my Service Advisor, delivered exceptional care. She immediately identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and took full responsibility for working with my warranty company. I didn’t have to make a single call. She handled the entire process and ensured the warranty covered all the necessary repairs. What truly set Aleshia apart was her honesty and integrity. There was a misquote on the number of spark plugs needed, and instead of passing that extra cost on to me, she made sure I paid nothing more than my deductible. That level of transparency and customer-first service is rare and deeply appreciated. The repairs were completed professionally, and my car now sounds better than it did the day I drove it off the lot. I’ll absolutely be returning for any major service in the future. I can honestly say that my experience at Landmark was good. As a car enthusiast, when I go to dealerships, I have already done extensive research on what I want to buy. I say that to say that I like to get in and out of there in a relative short time. I'm a straight to the point girl and I just want to be able to read myself as well as receive a short explanation from the salesperson and finance personnel. My salesperson, Igor, was great. He accommodated every request that I had and went above and beyond to ensure that he got me into the vehicle that I showed extreme interest in. I'm glad that finance put the work in to get me financed as close as possible to my one request without much push back. My only ding is that, while having a digital copy of the contract and everything I signed in my email, I want to leave out with a printout as well of all signed documents. Also while signing my documents, the person was moving uncomfortably fast and was not giving enough detailed of certain items. Luckily I already knew that extra warranties were going to be added, because that's what dealerships do, however I wanted the coverage listed to me prior to the document signing as well as a detailed pamphlet of the warranties or extra coverage. I have always received that at other dealerships in the past when I have decided to get the extra warranties. And yes I did ask for these things several times before leaving. I actually didn't receive my purchase contract or a lack-lusting warranty pamphlet until a week after my purchase after calling finance with a complaint. I'm not going to ding them with a star but that is something that i hope they improve because I can see myself as a returning customer in the future.

The Service Department at Landmark has saved me twice in the past few months. I am from Florida and was visiting family in ATL during Thanksgiving. When I was gassing up to make the 8-hour trip home, I had a major oil leak in my Jeep. They fit me in that day (the Friday after Thanksgiving), immediately identified the issue, and had me back on the road the same day after a major repair. Again, I was visiting family on an extended trip and the Jeep threw a series of codes. Once again, Landmark fit me in (on MLK), was able to determine the error, and cleared the codes so I could have peace of mind for the remainder of my trip. I could have easily been stranded or taken advantage of both times but that is not what happened. I am very grateful for Daryl, Neil, and the rest of the Service Team at Landmark for bailing me out over and over. I wish they were my hometown dealer and service center. Beyond excellence. **********

I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.

After searching all day and even going to another dealer that lied to me and tried to sell me something else, I called up there to see if they had a particular BMW 7 series. Malon answered the phone and let me know the car was available. When I got there, he had the car parked and waiting for me to see. Once I saw the car, I was in and out in a little over an hour. By far the best and easiest experience I've ever had.
