I brought my Jeep Gladiator in this week for an oil change and to replace the auxiliary battery. The next day, I was driving my Jeep and while at a red light, the Jeep powered off, and I was unable to restart. I had to have the Jeep towed back to the dealership. Once I got there, the team immediately started working on my Jeep. Come to find out there was an issue with the install from the previous day. They took care of the problem immediately and even covered the cost of the towing expense. Service manager, James did an incredible job getting everything taken care of. Service advisor, Earl and maintenance tech Keith did a great job as well in taking care of the problem with urgency. Thanks for the help yesterday guys!

Darryl was an amazing salesman. He was patient, knowledgeable and did his absolute best to help me find the perfect car. The car I wanted was in Morrow. He personally drove to pick it up and had it ready for me when I arrived. I came about a year ago but I decided to wait. I saw him walking the lot and I was glad to see he was still here. First, let me say this - I have never been to a car dealership in my life! I didn’t know what the process was going to be like. I expected my experience to be very transactional and “salesy”. I was pleasantly surprised when I met, Peter. He carefully explained the overall process to me and answered all my questions. I wanted to know the pros and cons of financing versus leasing, how to trade in a vehicle, what was covered under warranty and for how long, along with a slew of other questions. He gave me a very detailed overview, complete with diagrams for better understanding, to assist in answering my questions. When I finally made my decision on a vehicle, he walked me through setting up some of the features in the car and continued to assure me that they’re there for anything I needed. Peter was patient, he was friendly and he seems to really enjoy helping his clients get exactly what they’re looking for.

When have you walk into a dealer, and 2 hours later walkout with the deal signed, financing done at a fantastic rate. And service second to none. This dealership has set the standard I will expect from now on. The salesman Josh highly recommended, courteous and knowledgeable. Tim the finance man another person that will go above and beyond the norm. To get you in the car you want at a price you can afford. I met the sales manager and I apologize to him for not remembering his name. But he showed trust and confidence in his people, he approved the deal, but let them do their jobs and closed the deal. I was running late for my appointment, but Earl didn't miss a beat and still managed to fit me in, which was a huge relief. ​Throughout the service, he kept me perfectly informed with updates through the app and text messages, so I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. Darryl Humphries was our sales person and was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Upon entering the showroom, he greeted us and got to work immediately on our needs. He brought around to the front of the building 2 simpler cars so we could compare the differences. There was no pressure put upon us, and Darryl was very professional.The other personnel that we met were very friendly as well. The only negative that I can think of is that it took a long time for the deal to be completed, 2 to 3 hours, but preparation of vehicle and final documentation signing may have been the reason for that. I would definitely consider going there again to consider purchasing another vehicle in the future.

Let me tell you, Payam and the GM, Mike Fawaz, went above and beyond! They found me a stunning 2023 F-150 Lightning at an auction and bought it for me. On top of that, they gave me an awesome trade-in offer and worked out a deal that still feels unreal. Payam even helped me score some incentives from GA Power to get a free level 2 charger! I recently bought a 2015 Mustang GT Premium from this dealership. The price I got it at was a complete steal, and it was thanks to the General Manager, Mike Fawaz. To find that specific model in such a clean condition for a low price is not something just any dealership can accomplish. The salesman Payam made the process even simpler. Dealer had good selection of various Jeep models. Internet pricing was a bit misleading in terms of how a trade - or no trade - is handled, but, overall, their pricing was equal to or slightly better than most other dealers. Overall, my purchase experience was good with good customer service.

This service department has come a long way over the past several years, with each visit getting progressively better. Today was the best visit yet and I want to call out the advisor Dante Louis. Took note of the 3 items I was visiting for (warranty repair, non-warranty repair, and an oil change), set my expectation as to how long I would likely be without my car, and provided updates as requested along the way. There were no discussions regarding warranty coverage (something I experienced there previously), and car was ready to be picked up when he said it would be. He took the time to address some questions I had from the inspection, which I appreciated. The last item to note was Dante catching my being overcharged for the oil change and issuing a refund. This service department is one I am more comfortable visiting now, and I will absolutely request Dante every time I do.

This dealership was a lifesaver. I am from Florida on a travel nursing assignment and have been trying to get my tires rotated in florida at two dealerships including the one I bought it from. No one could help since my tires had locks with no key. This dealership had a older key and it worked. Also, my brakes had been grinding for one week, which is what brought me into this dealership. My jeep is a 2015 and beachside florida the rotors were fused together and difficult. Everyone at this dealership was so helpful and kind. My peace of mind and safety restored. Thanks, Guys!

Needed to share my great experience. I was extremely stressed about my family members who had driven hours and had a wobbly tire. we showed up at this dealership and Earl immediately stopped approximately four crash outs by understanding the urgency of the situation and getting his team to figure it out and replace the tire (which was about to blow!) within an hour (without an appointment). I just wanted to share about a recent experience with Dwain in the service department. My car battery had died and we couldn’t jump it, so had it towed to Landmark on a Friday afternoon. I was told they probably couldn’t get to it until Monday. I think Dwain heard the panic in my voice as I realized I wouldn’t have the car for the weekend full of kids activities/sports. Around 6pm that day he called to let me know it was fixed AND they had also proactively addressed 2 recalls in the system. It was such a relief and I appreciated that he had gone above and beyond for me! If you head to the service department make sure you ask for Dwain! He will treat you like family.

Joshua Shaw provided incredible customer service. He was constantly "ripping and running" to make sure every detail was handled, even going as far as working on his day off to ensure everything stayed on track. That kind of dedication is rare! James Howe, the sales manager, was also fantastic. He made sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted at the best price possible—even if it "pained" him a little to give us such a great deal! This dealership has gone above and beyond with customer service. My salesmen, Payam was great. He is honestly one of the most wholesome and respectful people I've met and by far the best salesman I've interacted with. Tim, the financial director was excellent as well, he managed to get me a lower interest rate than my credit union which I was not expecting. Hamid was funny and very insightful and gave me a lot to think about when making my decision on the two options I had. Overall, this experience was easy and great. I was passing through Atlanta going from Houston to Asheville this week when suddenly all the trouble lights came up on my dash and my vehicle wouldn’t drive except in 6th gear. I made it to Landmark Dodge CJR on Peachtree Blvd and even though they had a 3 day backlog of work - they fit me in, and were able to get me back on the road that same day. I am very busy with no time to spend hours at a dealership. I called around explaining that I wanted to lease a car but it would have to be done all over the phone. No one wanted to help. I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.

After searching all day and even going to another dealer that lied to me and tried to sell me something else, I called up there to see if they had a particular BMW 7 series. Malon answered the phone and let me know the car was available. When I got there, he had the car parked and waiting for me to see. Once I saw the car, I was in and out in a little over an hour.
