My experience was great from sales, sales manager, and finance was great. They worked to earn my business . After weeks of dealing with other dealers I was doubtful that it would happen. Cruz and Payam are the best of the best. I inquired at 1 am and by 840 both of them were on the lead and calling and texting me. We got the deal done quickly and it is not 1 pm and I have my new car signed sealed and delivered. Excellent service and response time. Not to mention I loved the deal I got. These guys are the best.

This car dealership cured my hatred for the car dealership experience. I took my Jeep Renegade in to have a recall fixed, and Saalih provided a phenomenal experience from start to finish. My recall was originally not something that could be fixed in one day, but "in the spirit of the holidays," they made it work. I almost cried tears of joy; I was so stressed about what I was going to do without a car. Saalih also offered to arrange transportation to breakfast since I hadn't eaten yet, and showed me how to check my oil level. The dealership itself is very welcoming and has several amenities to make your wait more comfortable while your car is being worked on. They have a phone charging station and the swankiest coffee maker I've ever seen. It made me a dirty chai, PERFECTLY sweetened. I'll honestly go back for that alone. All of this to say that I will be in the market for a new Jeep soon, and this dealership is 100% where I will be purchasing from! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

My daughter and I started out at Landmark Morrow. They weren’t willing to even look at her car because it was Friday at 3pm. They wanted to hold her car til Monday without a loaner car! I told her let’s go we’re taking it to Landmark Atlanta where you bought it. Where customer service is priority. We drove an hour in Friday traffic from Morrow to Atlanta we arrived at 4pm. Darryl in the service department fixed it immediately. Her key fob had to be reprogrammed and needed a new battery. Darryl from Landmark Atlanta showed us genuine concern and exemplary customer service skills. Thank you Landmark Atlanta! Glad we purchased her Jeep from you all and not Landmark Morrow!

Earl truly went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Dealing with CarShield was an absolute headache constant miscommunication, delays, and back-and-forth but Earl remained patient, consistent, and professional through it all. I had a great experience purchasing my truck from Landmark of Atlanta. Most of everything was done online and Josh was my sales guy who helped me to a great a new 2025 Bighorn with the most incentives and even sent a personalized video of the truck. Working with the sales team was great too as they provided me with a great proposal and I accepted and came in and got the deal done very quickly. I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.

After searching all day and even going to another dealer that lied to me and tried to sell me something else, I called up there to see if they had a particular BMW 7 series. Malon answered the phone and let me know the car was available. When I got there, he had the car parked and waiting for me to see. Once I saw the car, I was in and out in a little over an hour. By far the best and easiest experience I've ever had.
