Overall had an excellent experience. I felt like they treated me fair on my trade and worked hard to earn my business. But the best part of the experience was my salesman. Payam Larestani was a pleasure to work with. Besides working hand in hand with us to get the right vehicle which included driving different models, he is just a genuine great human being who I feel blessed to have crossed paths with.

I purchased a new 2025 silver 3 row Jeep Cherokee Laredo on Saturday 10/19/25. Previously had a Honda Pilot. The Laredo is much roomier and the interior felt like it had more bells and whistles. Love the size and interior finishes, especially the middle row full pilot seats which allows easy access to 3rd row seating. Extremely roomy and comfortable. Drives incredibly well. The sales process is always long and arduous but I guess that’s normal when purchasing a car and the years long financial commitment. They had plenty of inventory to choose from. Josh Shaw was my salesman and he was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about their products. His level of energy and enthusiasm to make a deal happen was appreciated. I was not an easy customer. I was undecided on model, color, price level etc. He was patient and explained in detail about the different vehicle options and eventually narrowing down what fit my budget and taste. Hamid the sales manager was very attentive, working options for my price point and committed to making a deal that worked for me. Other team members, Sid and Mike were informative and patient during the financing. Landmark team was friendly, welcoming and always offering beverages and making sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a new car. They know their product, are patient and will take the time to get you into a car that suits your needs without the pushy awkward sales tactics. Definitely worth the drive.

I brought my Jeep Gladiator in this week for an oil change and to replace the auxiliary battery. The next day, I was driving my Jeep and while at a red light, the Jeep powered off, and I was unable to restart. I had to have the Jeep towed back to the dealership. Once I got there, the team immediately started working on my Jeep. Come to find out there was an issue with the install from the previous day. They took care of the problem immediately and even covered the cost of the towing expense. Service manager, James did an incredible job getting everything taken care of. Service advisor, Earl and maintenance tech Keith did a great job as well in taking care of the problem with urgency. Thanks for the help yesterday guys!

Darryl was an amazing salesman. He was patient, knowledgeable and did his absolute best to help me find the perfect car. The car I wanted was in Morrow. He personally drove to pick it up and had it ready for me when I arrived. I came about a year ago but I decided to wait. I saw him walking the lot and I was glad to see he was still here. First, let me say this - I have never been to a car dealership in my life! I didn’t know what the process was going to be like. I expected my experience to be very transactional and “salesy”. I was pleasantly surprised when I met, Peter. He carefully explained the overall process to me and answered all my questions. I wanted to know the pros and cons of financing versus leasing, how to trade in a vehicle, what was covered under warranty and for how long, along with a slew of other questions. He gave me a very detailed overview, complete with diagrams for better understanding, to assist in answering my questions. When I finally made my decision on a vehicle, he walked me through setting up some of the features in the car and continued to assure me that they’re there for anything I needed. Peter was patient, he was friendly and he seems to really enjoy helping his clients get exactly what they’re looking for.

When have you walk into a dealer, and 2 hours later walkout with the deal signed, financing done at a fantastic rate. And service second to none. This dealership has set the standard I will expect from now on. The salesman Josh highly recommended, courteous and knowledgeable. Tim the finance man another person that will go above and beyond the norm. To get you in the car you want at a price you can afford. I met the sales manager and I apologize to him for not remembering his name. But he showed trust and confidence in his people, he approved the deal, but let them do their jobs and closed the deal. I was running late for my appointment, but Earl didn't miss a beat and still managed to fit me in, which was a huge relief. ​Throughout the service, he kept me perfectly informed with updates through the app and text messages, so I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. Earl is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. His professionalism and top-notch customer service have earned my loyalty. I can't recommend him enough! Darryl Humphries was our sales person and was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Upon entering the showroom, he greeted us and got to work immediately on our needs. He brought around to the front of the building 2 simpler cars so we could compare the differences. There was no pressure put upon us, and Darryl was very professional.The other personnel that we met were very friendly as well. The only negative that I can think of is that it took a long time for the deal to be completed, 2 to 3 hours, but preparation of vehicle and final documentation signing may have been the reason for that. I would definitely consider going there again to consider purchasing another vehicle in the future.

I was looking to trade my Ram truck for a Ford Lightning, and Payam from KBB reached out to me and convinced me to check out Landmark Atlanta. Let me tell you, Payam and the GM, Mike Fawaz, went above and beyond! They found me a stunning 2023 F-150 Lightning at an auction and bought it for me. On top of that, they gave me an awesome trade-in offer and worked out a deal that still feels unreal. Payam even helped me score some incentives from GA Power to get a free level 2 charger! He knows Ford EVs inside and out—honestly more than some Ford employees. Highly recommend both Payam and Mike, they made the whole process smooth and easy!

I recently bought a 2015 Mustang GT Premium from this dealership. The price I got it at was a complete steal, and it was thanks to the General Manager, Mike Fawaz. To find that specific model in such a clean condition for a low price is not something just any dealership can accomplish. The salesman Payam made the process even simpler. The car arrived, we went on a test drive, and then we went straight into the finance office. My overall experience here was beyond satisfactory, and I give thanks to Mike and Payam for it.

5/8/26 - My experience at the dealership this time around was much better. I worked with service advisor Bryan Chavez to have the inside door handle on my challenger replaced (it broke off). Bryan was straight forward and keep me up to date from start to finish. This time no bull shit. With my scheduled appointment, I was in and out. *********************************************************** My car has been serviced here a couple of times in the past with no problems excellent service however this time has me concerned. Two service lights were showing on my Challenger therefore I called the dealership and was advised there was a 7:45 am appointment open for Thursday June 4th. I follow up with Service Advisor that evening and was advised no word from tech. Friday June 5th no word from Service Advisor after leaving several messages/text. Saturday June 6th after leaving several messages Service Advisor finally answers the phone to advise me, nothing from tech. I have not received a call or text that my car has been diagnosed along with the cost. Monday June 8th, Jaylond my Service Advisor finally contacts me to advise my Challenger needs to have the transmission control module replaced, my car is still under warranty and part will take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. Saturday June 13th, I follow up with Service Advisor just to see if the part had arrived. No response so I speak with Receptionist and she advises me that Jaylond is out however she will follow up and give me a call before they close. Well guess what, no call. Monday June 15th, no response to text or phone call. A Little Tip For The Dealership: The Service Advisor sets the tone of the Dealership. My Service Advisor has been none responsive. It is her job to keep me up to date as to what is going on with my property. She also should have been upfront with me regarding the techs backlog therefore giving me the opportunity to go with this dealership or have my car towed to the Duluth or Buford location. I'm really disappointed Landmark.

Darryl provided excellent customer service and made the purchasing process on our RAM 1500 fairly simple and easy to approach. We appreciated how relaxed and grounded his sales approach was, and still get warmly greeted every time we see him when stopping by. Our truck is now being handled by Dwain in service. He’s done an excellent job at communicating progress/delays, and has overall been a friendly individual to work with. We look forward to continue having our truck under his care.

I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.
