5/8/26 - My experience at the dealership this time around was much better. I worked with service advisor Bryan Chavez to have the inside door handle on my challenger replaced (it broke off). Bryan was straight forward and keep me up to date from start to finish. This time no bull shit. With my scheduled appointment, I was in and out.

My car has been serviced here a couple of times in the past with no problems excellent service however this time has me concerned.
Two service lights were showing on my Challenger therefore I called the dealership and was advised there was a 7:45 am appointment open for Thursday June 4th. I follow up with Service Advisor that evening and was advised no word from tech.
Friday June 5th no word from Service Advisor after leaving several messages/text.
Saturday June 6th after leaving several messages Service Advisor finally answers the phone to advise me, nothing from tech. I have not received a call or text that my car has been diagnosed along with the cost.
Monday June 8th, Jaylond my Service Advisor finally contacts me to advise my Challenger needs to have the transmission control module replaced, my car is still under warranty and part will take 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
Saturday June 13th, I follow up with Service Advisor just to see if the part had arrived. No response so I speak with Receptionist and she advises me that Jaylond is out however she will follow up and give me a call before they close. Well guess what, no call.
Monday June 15th, no response to text or phone call.
A Little Tip For The Dealership:
The Service Advisor sets the tone of the Dealership. My Service Advisor has been none responsive. It is her job to keep me up to date as to what is going on with my property.
She also should have been upfront with me regarding the techs backlog therefore giving me the opportunity to go with this dealership or have my car towed to the Duluth or Buford location. I'm really disappointed Landmark.
Darryl provided excellent customer service and made the purchasing process on our RAM 1500 fairly simple and easy to approach. We appreciated how relaxed and grounded his sales approach was, and still get warmly greeted every time we see him when stopping by.
Our truck is now being handled by Dwain in service. He’s done an excellent job at communicating progress/delays, and has overall been a friendly individual to work with. We look forward to continue having our truck under his care.

I recently purchased my 2026 Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle and experienced an issue with my radio not turning on . I contacted my selling dealership and was told it was going to be 3-4 days for them to diagnose the issue. I drove right into the service garage at Landmark was greeted by Bryan Chavez. He told me normally diagnostics does take time but he was going to see what he can do for me right then and there. He opened my hood and located the fuse for the radio and simply by removing it and putting back in my radio came back up. He told me to monitor it and come back if it becomes an issue again. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for routine service at this dealership. Great service ! 5 stars for Bryan Chavez . Very professional and knowledgeable individual.

This dealership was a lifesaver. I am from Florida on a travel nursing assignment and have been trying to get my tires rotated in florida at two dealerships including the one I bought it from. No one could help since my tires had locks with no key. This dealership had a older key and it worked. Also, my brakes had been grinding for one week, which is what brought me into this dealership. Needed to share my great experience. I was extremely stressed about my family members who had driven hours and had a wobbly tire. we showed up at this dealership and Earl immediately stopped approximately four crash outs by understanding the urgency of the situation and getting his team to figure it out and replace the tire (which was about to blow!) within an hour (without an appointment). Earl also helpfully screwed our license plate on the back of the car out of the kindness of his heart.

I just wanted to share about a recent experience with Dwain in the service department. My car battery had died and we couldn’t jump it, so had it towed to Landmark on a Friday afternoon. Darryl Humphries was our sales person and was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Upon entering the showroom, he greeted us and got to work immediately on our needs. He brought around to the front of the building 2 simpler cars so we could compare the differences. There was no pressure put upon us, and Darryl was very professional.The other personnel that we met were very friendly as well. The only negative that I can think of is that it took a long time for the deal to be completed, 2 to 3 hours, but preparation of vehicle and final documentation signing may have been the reason for that. I would definitely consider going there again to consider purchasing another vehicle in the future.

I was looking to trade my Ram truck for a Ford Lightning, and Payam from KBB reached out to me and convinced me to check out Landmark Atlanta. 10 outta 10 experience, I wanted to get out of a bad deal into something I actually love I got turned away by one dealership, but Cruz ( wonderful manager ) helped me out he worked hard he couldn’t get me a deal first day but he talked to the banks for me and got me a deal the next day. Dealer had good selection of various Jeep models. Internet pricing was a bit misleading in terms of how a trade - or no trade - is handled, but, overall, their pricing was equal to or slightly better than most other dealers.
Overall, my purchase experience was good with good customer service.
This service department has come a long way over the past several years, with each visit getting progressively better. Today was the best visit yet and I want to call out the advisor Dante Louis. Took note of the 3 items I was visiting for (warranty repair, non-warranty repair, and an oil change), set my expectation as to how long I would likely be without my car, and provided updates as requested along the way. There were no discussions regarding warranty coverage (something I experienced there previously), and car was ready to be picked up when he said it would be. He took the time to address some questions I had from the inspection, which I appreciated.
The last item to note was Dante catching my being overcharged for the oil change and issuing a refund.
This service department is one I am more comfortable visiting now, and I will absolutely request Dante every time I do.
Dante assisted me with ordering 4 new tires for my Dodge charger. He was so kind and even came in to assist on his day off. Earl helped as well by checking me out. Thank you so much to these great men!

2 exceptional experiences. I’m coming from Texas. I came in on Friday with a dead battery, tired, 2 dogs. The staff here were wonderful and compassionate. They took care of me in no time. My last experience at Landmark was fairly smooth aside from the long wait. Now that Anna is walking around updating customers and ensuring her team is making steady progress, I can see a huge improvement. In the past, it felt like they were dragging their feet, but hopefully this location continues to perform better overall. I also recommend Dante, he’s solid and makes a genuine effort to resolve any issues quickly.

After putting an inquiry through a Warehouse club, I had no less than 10 Jeep dealerships call, text and/or email. Payam was my salesperson. He communicated regularly and was able to get answers in a timely manner. He wasn’t pushy but very polite when dealing with us. I will recommend him if asked for a Landmark referral.
Cruz, Daniel and Tim are THE BEST. They took great care of me. They were honest and patient and really worked to help me get my dream Jeep Wrangler. I have to say I’ve never been to a landmark but was in the area at the time and I’m glad that I did I met Saalih Watson back when he was at union city dodge and he was so sweet and very professional and made sure he kept me updated every time I had to have my vehicle serviced. On July 24,2025 I stop at landmark for an oil change and boy was I happy to see Mr. Watson now that I know he’s at this location I will definitely be driving 30 mins to get my car serviced. Mr. Marshall Threats was my technician and he is fast and very efficient, very passionate about his work my experience was amazing I will definitely be back I hope that Mr. Threats can do my work moving forward.

I recommend this dealership for a straightforward, no frills and no BS purchase experience. While I find the dealership itself a bit sleepy (and the service department completely asleep), my experience with Payam Larestani, the salesman, was incomparable. Payam knew his inventory inside out, was tremendously accommodating and ready to answer every question no matter how obscure. He was also extremely personable and proactive in all the right ways. People say buying a car (or Jeep in this case) is a pain. Not here! I met Darryl over the phone when I found a Jeep online. Right off the bat, he was not pushy. He right away gave me straight, good advice. Went out of his way to get my Jeep to me...and a quick price without all of the hassle of asking me to come in and sit down with the finance guy. SO impressed with him and this business. Got a very nice price and he spent time showing me how to work all of the fun features of the awesome Jeep Wrangler! This was my first time working with Landmark CDJR of Atlanta - and after many years of buying cars - I can honestly say this was the very best sales experience I have ever had. I researched cars and found the one I wanted. I was contacted by Taylor Keys (salesperson) and he was very knowledgable, helpful, and not at all pushy. He offered to meet me for a test drive and explained everything about the car while taking a short drive. He very respectfully worked with me to arrive at a mutually agreeable price, together with his finance person, Timothy Hall. They were very fair and frankly kind. I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.

After searching all day and even going to another dealer that lied to me and tried to sell me something else, I called up there to see if they had a particular BMW 7 series. Malon answered the phone and let me know the car was available. When I got there, he had the car parked and waiting for me to see. Once I saw the car, I was in and out in a little over an hour. By far the best and easiest experience I've ever had.
