Peter Hartman (Landmark) was great at helping me convert my Jeep end-lease to purchase. He clearly communicated each step via e-mail/text and had great follow-up to make sure everything was going well.. Big shout-out to Peter. Also to Sid Davis on the Landmark finance end - he worked me thru the paperwork and approvals quickly and accurately and went out of his way to transfer my old vanity plate to my "new" Jeep purchase - something that other dealerships failed to do in the past. First, let me say this - I have never been to a car dealership in my life! I didn’t know what the process was going to be like. I expected my experience to be very transactional and “salesy”. I was pleasantly surprised when I met, Peter. He carefully explained the overall process to me and answered all my questions. I wanted to know the pros and cons of financing versus leasing, how to trade in a vehicle, what was covered under warranty and for how long, along with a slew of other questions. He gave me a very detailed overview, complete with diagrams for better understanding, to assist in answering my questions. When I finally made my decision on a vehicle, he walked me through setting up some of the features in the car and continued to assure me that they’re there for anything I needed. Peter was patient, he was friendly and he seems to really enjoy helping his clients get exactly what they’re looking for.

I’m a 67 yo veteran retired. I’ve purchased no less than 12 new cars. Absolutely the best experience I ever had. When have you walk into a dealer, and 2 hours later walkout with the deal signed, financing done at a fantastic rate. And service second to none. This dealership has set the standard I will expect from now on. The salesman Josh highly recommended, courteous and knowledgeable. Tim the finance man another person that will go above and beyond the norm. To get you in the car you want at a price you can afford. I met the sales manager and I apologize to him for not remembering his name. But he showed trust and confidence in his people, he approved the deal, but let them do their jobs and closed the deal. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Landmark Jeep, and it was all thanks to my service advisor, Earl. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was running late for my appointment, but Earl didn't miss a beat and still managed to fit me in, which was a huge relief. ​Throughout the service, he kept me perfectly informed with updates through the app and text messages, so I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. Earl is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. His professionalism and top-notch customer service have earned my loyalty. I can't recommend him enough! If you need your car serviced, definitely ask for Earl.

Darryl Humphries was our sales person and was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Upon entering the showroom, he greeted us and got to work immediately on our needs. He brought around to the front of the building 2 simpler cars so we could compare the differences. There was no pressure put upon us, and Darryl was very professional.The other personnel that we met were very friendly as well. The only negative that I can think of is that it took a long time for the deal to be completed, 2 to 3 hours, but preparation of vehicle and final documentation signing may have been the reason for that. I would definitely consider going there again to consider purchasing another vehicle in the future.

I was looking to trade my Ram truck for a Ford Lightning, and Payam from KBB reached out to me and convinced me to check out Landmark Atlanta. Let me tell you, Payam and the GM, Mike Fawaz, went above and beyond! They found me a stunning 2023 F-150 Lightning at an auction and bought it for me. On top of that, they gave me an awesome trade-in offer and worked out a deal that still feels unreal. Payam even helped me score some incentives from GA Power to get a free level 2 charger! He knows Ford EVs inside and out—honestly more than some Ford employees. Highly recommend both Payam and Mike, they made the whole process smooth and easy!

I recently bought a 2015 Mustang GT Premium from this dealership. The price I got it at was a complete steal, and it was thanks to the General Manager, Mike Fawaz. To find that specific model in such a clean condition for a low price is not something just any dealership can accomplish. The salesman Payam made the process even simpler. The car arrived, we went on a test drive, and then we went straight into the finance office. My overall experience here was beyond satisfactory, and I give thanks to Mike and Payam for it.

10 outta 10 experience, I wanted to get out of a bad deal into something I actually love I got turned away by one dealership, but Cruz ( wonderful manager ) helped me out he worked hard he couldn’t get me a deal first day but he talked to the banks for me and got me a deal the next day. Dealer had good selection of various Jeep models. Internet pricing was a bit misleading in terms of how a trade - or no trade - is handled, but, overall, their pricing was equal to or slightly better than most other dealers. Overall, my purchase experience was good with good customer service.

This service department has come a long way over the past several years, with each visit getting progressively better. Today was the best visit yet and I want to call out the advisor Dante Louis. Took note of the 3 items I was visiting for (warranty repair, non-warranty repair, and an oil change), set my expectation as to how long I would likely be without my car, and provided updates as requested along the way. There were no discussions regarding warranty coverage (something I experienced there previously), and car was ready to be picked up when he said it would be. He took the time to address some questions I had from the inspection, which I appreciated. The last item to note was Dante catching my being overcharged for the oil change and issuing a refund. This service department is one I am more comfortable visiting now, and I will absolutely request Dante every time I do.

2 exceptional experiences. I’m coming from Texas. I came in on Friday with a dead battery, tired, 2 dogs. The staff here were wonderful and compassionate. They took care of me in no time. My last experience at Landmark was fairly smooth aside from the long wait. Now that Anna is walking around updating customers and ensuring her team is making steady progress, I can see a huge improvement. In the past, it felt like they were dragging their feet, but hopefully this location continues to perform better overall. I also recommend Dante, he’s solid and makes a genuine effort to resolve any issues quickly.

Payam, Hamid, and the other support staff made this Jeep buying experience incredibly nice. After putting an inquiry through a Warehouse club, I had no less than 10 Jeep dealerships call, text and/or email. Landmark Atlanta, along with one other, was the only dealership to actually call to confirm what I was wanting, not just blow out a text with some arbitrary Jeeps they had and not what I wanted. They listened to my wants in my Jeep, my budget, made a fair deal on my trade in, and I was out the door in a couple of hours. Nice!

What can we say about Peter of Landmark Dodge in Atlanta? Absolute perfection. As a person, he was polite, listened to all of our needs, patient, and has a wonderful personality. I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.

After searching all day and even going to another dealer that lied to me and tried to sell me something else, I called up there to see if they had a particular BMW 7 series. Malon answered the phone and let me know the car was available. When I got there, he had the car parked and waiting for me to see. Once I saw the car, I was in and out in a little over an hour.
