My experience was great from sales, sales manager, and finance was great. They worked to earn my business . After weeks of dealing with other dealers I was doubtful that it would happen. I have to say I’ve never been to a landmark but was in the area at the time and I’m glad that I did I met Saalih Watson back when he was at union city dodge and he was so sweet and very professional and made sure he kept me updated every time I had to have my vehicle serviced. On July 24,2025 I stop at landmark for an oil change and boy was I happy to see Mr. Watson now that I know he’s at this location I will definitely be driving 30 mins to get my car serviced. Mr. Marshall Threats was my technician and he is fast and very efficient, very passionate about his work my experience was amazing I will definitely be back I hope that Mr. Threats can do my work moving forward.

I recommend this dealership for a straightforward, no frills and no BS purchase experience. While I find the dealership itself a bit sleepy (and the service department completely asleep), my experience with Payam Larestani, the salesman, was incomparable. Payam knew his inventory inside out, was tremendously accommodating and ready to answer every question no matter how obscure. He was also extremely personable and proactive in all the right ways. He right away gave me straight, good advice. Went out of his way to get my Jeep to me...and a quick price without all of the hassle of asking me to come in and sit down with the finance guy. SO impressed with him and this business. Got a very nice price and he spent time showing me how to work all of the fun features of the awesome Jeep Wrangler! I researched cars and found the one I wanted. I was contacted by Taylor Keys (salesperson) and he was very knowledgable, helpful, and not at all pushy. He offered to meet me for a test drive and explained everything about the car while taking a short drive. He very respectfully worked with me to arrive at a mutually agreeable price, together with his finance person, Timothy Hall. They were very fair and frankly kind. One of the two key fobs was at the original buyer's house and Taylor offered to pick it up and had it the very next morning. I look forward to a very long and happy relationship with both Taylor and Landmark. I highly recommend Taylor as the consummate salesperson. Thank you all!

I’d highly recommend Landmark (Jeep) Atlanta! My sales associate, Stuart, was EXCELLENT! He listened to my concerns and was respectful. Absolutely NO pressure; rather, Stuart gave me pros and cons regarding a purchase I was entertaining. After my test drive and the finance approval portion, I told Stuart I could not make an immediate decision but he could reach out the following morning. Still Stuart was the consummate sales associate and maintained decorum. As it turned out, I headed back to Landmark Jeep Atlanta within an hour of telling Stuart I needed overnight to make my decision. He had left for the day but his manager Mike, a “distinguished gentleman,” was able to take my deposit and said Stuart’s partner could assist with the paperwork. Note: Mike did a wonderful job communicating with banks and ensuring I got the best finance terms for my unique circumstances. I chose to wait til the next day and complete paperwork with Stuart! Well, this is the “next day” and my paperwork process is underway; again, Stuart has been great!

Super happy with Landmark. Was my first time there to get my jeep serviced. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, the facility was clean and even with an estimated wait of 3 hours they had me done in 1.5. They got my tire replaced, fully covered by insurance and changed my headlight. Marshall and Saalih were great! Had to hug Saalih. Highly recommend.

I stopped by Landmark last week on Wednesday and was greeted by Daryel — hands down one of the nicest, most laid-back sales reps I’ve worked with in a long time. He wasn’t pushy or overly assertive about closing a deal, which I really appreciated. It was clear that his priority was helping me find a car that actually matched what I was looking for within my set parameters. While I did end up spending a little more than I initially planned, I walked away with the car I truly wanted — and that made it all worth it. I had a wheel lock problem at Landmark and Saalih Watson who is the service manager helped me and he didn’t rest until I was satisfied and my problem was resolved. He also spoke to me respectfully and seemed to value my concerns in order to retain my business. After my car stalled at night & had to be towed to receive maintenance without an appointment. I can say that I’m pleased with the maintenance that I received. The communication and customer service was well with a follow up call following the service. They may take a little longer, but me personally I rather it take longer and fixed appropriately then rushed. I have a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and these cars are not engineered in favor of a mechanic especially with anything going on under the hood, or else I’ll do the work lol. I’ll be back, O yea they gave me a FREE OIL CHANGE on my next visit. Thanks

(Review is to highlight Saalih Watson and his customer service) Went to Landmark to have my oil filter housing replaced and came with an official inspection from another Jeep Dealer to show verification of issue. Service Advisor (Saalih Watson) took vehicle in and got with tech to evaluate. Was then told original diagnosis was incorrect and oil leak as coming from another area. There was a leak in that area that was repaired however when asked about the original diagnosis I was ‘Assured’ that was not the issue. Vehicle was with dealer for a month mind you. Upon taking vehicle home noticed oil leak again a few days later. Took vehicle back to only be told original reason I brought vehicle in was the reason for continued leak. Saalih Watson took the vehicle back immediately and performed repair that was originally requested and returned vehicle same day. He owned that there was an error and immediately resolved with a timely and very amicable solution. Great Job Saalih!!!

I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.

After searching all day and even going to another dealer that lied to me and tried to sell me something else, I called up there to see if they had a particular BMW 7 series. Malon answered the phone and let me know the car was available. When I got there, he had the car parked and waiting for me to see. Once I saw the car, I was in and out in a little over an hour.
