5/8/26 - My experience at the dealership this time around was much better. I worked with service advisor Bryan Chavez to have the inside door handle on my challenger replaced (it broke off). Bryan was straight forward and keep me up to date from start to finish. This time no bull shit. With my scheduled appointment, I was in and out.

My car has been serviced here a couple of times in the past with no problems excellent service however this time has me concerned.
Two service lights were showing on my Challenger therefore I called the dealership and was advised there was a 7:45 am appointment open for Thursday June 4th. I follow up with Service Advisor that evening and was advised no word from tech.
Friday June 5th no word from Service Advisor after leaving several messages/text.
Saturday June 6th after leaving several messages Service Advisor finally answers the phone to advise me, nothing from tech. I have not received a call or text that my car has been diagnosed along with the cost.
Monday June 8th, Jaylond my Service Advisor finally contacts me to advise my Challenger needs to have the transmission control module replaced, my car is still under warranty and part will take 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
Saturday June 13th, I follow up with Service Advisor just to see if the part had arrived. No response so I speak with Receptionist and she advises me that Jaylond is out however she will follow up and give me a call before they close. Well guess what, no call.
Monday June 15th, no response to text or phone call.
A Little Tip For The Dealership:
The Service Advisor sets the tone of the Dealership. My Service Advisor has been none responsive. It is her job to keep me up to date as to what is going on with my property.
She also should have been upfront with me regarding the techs backlog therefore giving me the opportunity to go with this dealership or have my car towed to the Duluth or Buford location. I'm really disappointed Landmark.
Darryl provided excellent customer service and made the purchasing process on our RAM 1500 fairly simple and easy to approach. We appreciated how relaxed and grounded his sales approach was, and still get warmly greeted every time we see him when stopping by.
Our truck is now being handled by Dwain in service. He’s done an excellent job at communicating progress/delays, and has overall been a friendly individual to work with. We look forward to continue having our truck under his care.

I recently purchased my 2026 Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle and experienced an issue with my radio not turning on . I contacted my selling dealership and was told it was going to be 3-4 days for them to diagnose the issue. I drove right into the service garage at Landmark was greeted by Bryan Chavez. He told me normally diagnostics does take time but he was going to see what he can do for me right then and there. He opened my hood and located the fuse for the radio and simply by removing it and putting back in my radio came back up. He told me to monitor it and come back if it becomes an issue again. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for routine service at this dealership. Great service ! 5 stars for Bryan Chavez . Very professional and knowledgeable individual.

This dealership was a lifesaver. I am from Florida on a travel nursing assignment and have been trying to get my tires rotated in florida at two dealerships including the one I bought it from. No one could help since my tires had locks with no key. This dealership had a older key and it worked. Also, my brakes had been grinding for one week, which is what brought me into this dealership. My jeep is a 2015 and beachside florida the rotors were fused together and difficult. Everyone at this dealership was so helpful and kind. My peace of mind and safety restored. Thanks, Guys!
Needed to share my great experience. I was extremely stressed about my family members who had driven hours and had a wobbly tire. we showed up at this dealership and Earl immediately stopped approximately four crash outs by understanding the urgency of the situation and getting his team to figure it out and replace the tire (which was about to blow!) within an hour (without an appointment). Earl also helpfully screwed our license plate on the back of the car out of the kindness of his heart.

It was night and day from what I experienced the last time I visited this service department. I really hope that the service manager keeps this gentlemen because he understands the definition of excellent service. After my car stalled at night & had to be towed to receive maintenance without an appointment. I can say that I’m pleased with the maintenance that I received. The communication and customer service was well with a follow up call following the service. They may take a little longer, but me personally I rather it take longer and fixed appropriately then rushed. I have a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and these cars are not engineered in favor of a mechanic especially with anything going on under the hood, or else I’ll do the work lol. Went to Landmark to have my oil filter housing replaced and came with an official inspection from another Jeep Dealer to show verification of issue. Service Advisor (Saalih Watson) took vehicle in and got with tech to evaluate. Was then told original diagnosis was incorrect and oil leak as coming from another area. There was a leak in that area that was repaired however when asked about the original diagnosis I was ‘Assured’ that was not the issue. Vehicle was with dealer for a month mind you. Upon taking vehicle home noticed oil leak again a few days later. Took vehicle back to only be told original reason I brought vehicle in was the reason for continued leak. Saalih Watson took the vehicle back immediately and performed repair that was originally requested and returned vehicle same day. He owned that there was an error and immediately resolved with a timely and very amicable solution. Great Job Saalih!!!

Disclaimer I did NOT purchase my car here. But the best service dept hands down!!! But I’ll try to keep this short but the service dept at this dealership is nothing short of amazing. I first brought my car in for a blown motor blower in March. My service advisor Dante and the team including Saaliah, went above and beyond with communication regarding my car through the whole service process. I unfortunately had to bring my car back for another issue unrelated to my previous and once again I was provided with top tier service literally not one complaint. My most recent issue with my entire braking system which required a lot of labor and diagnostic work and once again without hesitation I called Dante back and he and his team did what they all ways do and took care of my the issues with my brakes. I can’t thank them enough. If you need service for your car this is the places. The prices are fair and the customer service is excellent. Also if you’re looking to buy check them out as well.

Ive never had a had a bad experience however in consideration to the various appts, the ones at this location have gone exceptionally well. Ms. Alisha in service gets me together, up to date on my current service and future recommendations. I feel informed with options of service yet not pressured. She is VERY helpful in the process of recalls, oil changes and setting me up with a rep for my extended warranty. As an honorable mention When she was out one day when i had a service scheduled, Nelson was helpful in direction of renting a car thru my jeep wave app and filled the gaps for intake to run smoothly. Briggs was awesome to work with. He was energetic, hard working, attentive, patient, understanding, polite, and knowledgeable. Briggs worked 3 hours after his shift to get the deal done, not once did he complain or look like he wanted to be elsewhere. He was present with us the whole time. Everyone remembers the sales person who they bought their car from, and Briggs made this an excellent experience. I would highly recommend making an appointment with him. Not once did I feel like I was getting a sales pitch. Briggs really focused on the relationship of the customer.
Tim is a wonderful human being. He is a family man, and you clearly see it by how he treats others. He is very excited to talk about his family and wants to get to know yours too. Tim worked hard for us on pricing and financing, bringing out monthly cost down dramatically. Furthermore, Tim worked through some technical difficulties and got the sale completed. He was kind and apologized for the delay. During this delay there was no awkward silence, Tim was genuinely interested in our story. I don’t feel like Tim was trying to push product or squeeze money out of us, I believe he had our best interest in mind. Tim is very intellectual, kind, hard working, and thoughtful.
Both of these gentlemen are top notch people and I couldn’t be happier with our experience during our purchase.
I had a good experience with handling my recall at this location. Deontae in service made it so easy to work with. He was knowledgeable of the process and was accurate on the time frame. He kept me in the loop on when my car was ready and even offered a rideshare back to the dealership to pick my car up. He also gave me good information on what needed to be done. He kept a positive attitude and was very warm welcoming. I would recommend this location if anyone has a car needing attention.
Igor and the entire team at Landmark were great. They gave me a solid amount for my vehicle, MUCH better than CarMax. Do yourself a favor and visit them. You won't regret it.
I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.
Payam is the man! Excellent service and very personable from beginning to end. Communication was on point. Every aspect of this purchase was great. Used car manager worked with me on the price as well. Finance department also worked with me on a great extended warranty. 5 stars for this dealership from me.

After searching all day and even going to another dealer that lied to me and tried to sell me something else, I called up there to see if they had a particular BMW 7 series. Malon answered the phone and let me know the car was available. When I got there, he had the car parked and waiting for me to see. Once I saw the car, I was in and out in a little over an hour. By far the best and easiest experience I've ever had.
