This dealership was a lifesaver. I am from Florida on a travel nursing assignment and have been trying to get my tires rotated in florida at two dealerships including the one I bought it from. No one could help since my tires had locks with no key. This dealership had a older key and it worked. Also, my brakes had been grinding for one week, which is what brought me into this dealership. My jeep is a 2015 and beachside florida the rotors were fused together and difficult. Everyone at this dealership was so helpful and kind. My peace of mind and safety restored. Thanks, Guys!

Needed to share my great experience. I was extremely stressed about my family members who had driven hours and had a wobbly tire. we showed up at this dealership and Earl immediately stopped approximately four crash outs by understanding the urgency of the situation and getting his team to figure it out and replace the tire (which was about to blow!) within an hour (without an appointment). Earl also helpfully screwed our license plate on the back of the car out of the kindness of his heart. Appreciate Earl and the team's attention to our needs and swift work. Thanks!

I just wanted to share about a recent experience with Dwain in the service department. My car battery had died and we couldn’t jump it, so had it towed to Landmark on a Friday afternoon. I was told they probably couldn’t get to it until Monday. I think Dwain heard the panic in my voice as I realized I wouldn’t have the car for the weekend full of kids activities/sports. Around 6pm that day he called to let me know it was fixed AND they had also proactively addressed 2 recalls in the system. It was such a relief and I appreciated that he had gone above and beyond for me! If you head to the service department make sure you ask for Dwain! He will treat you like family.

Joshua Shaw provided incredible customer service. He was constantly "ripping and running" to make sure every detail was handled, even going as far as working on his day off to ensure everything stayed on track. That kind of dedication is rare! James Howe, the sales manager, was also fantastic. He made sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted at the best price possible—even if it "pained" him a little to give us such a great deal! The two of them worked together to source our vehicle from another location and had it delivered right to us. They made the whole process seamless. Thanks again, guys!

This dealership has gone above and beyond with customer service. My salesmen, Payam was great. He is honestly one of the most wholesome and respectful people I've met and by far the best salesman I've interacted with. Tim, the financial director was excellent as well, he managed to get me a lower interest rate than my credit union which I was not expecting. Hamid was funny and very insightful and gave me a lot to think about when making my decision on the two options I had. Overall, this experience was easy and great. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car. They genuinely make you feel like family and were very transparent.

I was passing through Atlanta going from Houston to Asheville this week when suddenly all the trouble lights came up on my dash and my vehicle wouldn’t drive except in 6th gear. I made it to Landmark Dodge CJR on Peachtree Blvd and even though they had a 3 day backlog of work - they fit me in, and were able to get me back on the road that same day. Genuinely enjoyed being here and felt welcomed. I had my Fiance and baby with me. I am very busy with no time to spend hours at a dealership. I called around explaining that I wanted to lease a car but it would have to be done all over the phone. No one wanted to help. When I called Lamark Atlanta, Igor, was the sales person that helped me. He was very attentive and worked with my busy schedule, searching for the car I was looking for. I can only speak about the experience my wife and I had with Briggs (sales) and Tim (finance) at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT, Briggs was awesome to work with. He was energetic, hard working, attentive, patient, understanding, polite, and knowledgeable. Briggs worked 3 hours after his shift to get the deal done, not once did he complain or look like he wanted to be elsewhere. He was present with us the whole time. Everyone remembers the sales person who they bought their car from, and Briggs made this an excellent experience. I would highly recommend making an appointment with him. Not once did I feel like I was getting a sales pitch. Briggs really focused on the relationship of the customer. Tim is a wonderful human being. He is a family man, and you clearly see it by how he treats others. He is very excited to talk about his family and wants to get to know yours too. Tim worked hard for us on pricing and financing, bringing out monthly cost down dramatically. Furthermore, Tim worked through some technical difficulties and got the sale completed. He was kind and apologized for the delay. During this delay there was no awkward silence, Tim was genuinely interested in our story. I don’t feel like Tim was trying to push product or squeeze money out of us, I believe he had our best interest in mind. Tim is very intellectual, kind, hard working, and thoughtful. Both of these gentlemen are top notch people and I couldn’t be happier with our experience during our purchase.

I had a good experience with handling my recall at this location. Deontae in service made it so easy to work with. He was knowledgeable of the process and was accurate on the time frame. He kept me in the loop on when my car was ready and even offered a rideshare back to the dealership to pick my car up. He also gave me good information on what needed to be done. Though they did not have a car on the lot for my needs he took notes of what I was looking for and my phone number. I contacted several dealers and gave the same information. I just bought a certified Jeep grand Cherokee from landmark in Atlanta and had a fantastic experience. No run around so straightforward. Seriously just a great experience! It was night and day from what I experienced the last time I visited this service department. I really hope that the service manager keeps this gentlemen because he understands the definition of excellent service. Best experience ever !!! Payam my salesperson was outstanding from the time I looked at the truck online I knew that was the one . I was from Florida so I couldn’t get there right away so I put my deposit down on the truck not driving it but Payam did several videos for me and let me see whatever I asked for . I then flew to Atlanta a week and a half later to pick the truck up after I arrived at car lot I told him I wanted to take for a test drive he accommodated my wishes. The 2018 Chevy Tahoe was just as I expected when I got there perfect condition as I was told it was. If I could I would give dealership 10 stars along with Payam . Thanks again Landmark !

This is an overall review for the dealership and feedback to the upper management of Landmark Automotive Group in Chamblee GA. >What went well…My initial contact was with Darryl Humphries, sale rep. I can’t say enough positive things about what he did for me throughout the shopping process. I chose him based on other positive reviews on Google that mentioned his name. He took additional photos, videos of my car, answered all my questions and made sure everything that was included with the car was indeed received upon delivery to my home in Miami Fl. He was professional, friendly and most accommodating to his customers. Please recognize him! >The deal on the car I purchased…a 2011 Corvette Grand Sport Z16 Heritage edition. Stock #P65076A. The dealership was spot on…This was a pristine, mint condition Vette with only 16,526 miles on it. It came with 2 targa tops, 2 remote transmitters and an upgraded Alpine stereo system. The car was accurately represented, and I’m very pleased with this automobile. The sales manager Justin Hacias gave me the deal I wanted based on my offer using the “Carfax History-Based value” with a discount. I made a deposit on 02/14/25 and completed a bank wire transfer (no financing) for the balance on 02/18/25. Time will tell if the car owns up to its initial offering. >The paperwork: On 02/20/25 I received a FEDEX package from the dealership finance guy, Tim Hall. While I was not made aware of being on the lookout for this, I was able to open and see the contents were paperwork related to the sale. A simple post-it-note stating, “please apply your signature where you see a highlighted mark on the line” etc. would have been desirable. I called Tim & obtained clarification on each document with questions answered. It included a temporary tag & registration which allowed me to legally drive the car in Florida until all final paperwork was processed. On 03/10/25, I received notification from the dealership that all the paperwork was sent to my local tag agency with 4 miles of my home. Everything went smoothly and I received my free & clear title, permanent registration and Florida tag at that time. Note: Every dealership is a little different as I bought out-of-state cars from Pennsylvania, California, and now Georgia. In closing, you’re probably saying this buyer is detailed oriented and your right. We live in a world of potential fraud, increased clerical errors and lack of clarity. I retired from a large electric utility company and being a heavily regulated industry, we stressed accuracy, following the process and being thorough. Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase and learned a little more about the overall vehicle sale process.

I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.

After searching all day and even going to another dealer that lied to me and tried to sell me something else, I called up there to see if they had a particular BMW 7 series. Malon answered the phone and let me know the car was available. When I got there, he had the car parked and waiting for me to see. Once I saw the car, I was in and out in a little over an hour.
