I purchased a jeep back in December from Igor but it was totaled a month later, called him after they deemed it a total loss, even tho it took a couple weeks he was able to help us find what we were looking for! From the moment I walked in the dealership, a young man by the name of Dante greeted me. He was busy but he assured me that the next free service representative would take care of me. The service rep that eventually took care of me was Jessie Smith. I told him my reason for being there and he made sure we were both on the same page when it came to my car being serviced. His hospitality and the complimentary service that Mr. Smith offered me was much appreciated. I will travel pass other Dodge dealerships to come to Landmark Dodge. My 2023 Dodge Charger was and is in great hands. I say is because I'm at the dealership right now as I'm writing this review. Stop wasting your time at other Dodge, Ram, Chrysler and Jeep dealerships, Landmark is the best and only place to be. Thank you Jessie and Dante. What a great group of people work here.

When I tell you Payam is your guy for your next vehicle I MEAN IT. He is absolutely awesome, so sweet, and really understands the value of great customer service. I had a repossession on my credit report and he still worked hard and advocated for me to get the best rate possible and even got my truck lowered by $4k. This dealership was a lifesaver. I am from Florida on a travel nursing assignment and have been trying to get my tires rotated in florida at two dealerships including the one I bought it from. No one could help since my tires had locks with no key. This dealership had a older key and it worked. Also, my brakes had been grinding for one week, which is what brought me into this dealership. My jeep is a 2015 and beachside florida the rotors were fused together and difficult. Everyone at this dealership was so helpful and kind. My peace of mind and safety restored. Thanks, Guys!

Needed to share my great experience. I was extremely stressed about my family members who had driven hours and had a wobbly tire. we showed up at this dealership and Earl immediately stopped approximately four crash outs by understanding the urgency of the situation and getting his team to figure it out and replace the tire (which was about to blow!) within an hour (without an appointment). Earl also helpfully screwed our license plate on the back of the car out of the kindness of his heart. Appreciate Earl and the team's attention to our needs and swift work. Thanks!

I just wanted to share about a recent experience with Dwain in the service department. My car battery had died and we couldn’t jump it, so had it towed to Landmark on a Friday afternoon. I was told they probably couldn’t get to it until Monday. I think Dwain heard the panic in my voice as I realized I wouldn’t have the car for the weekend full of kids activities/sports. Around 6pm that day he called to let me know it was fixed AND they had also proactively addressed 2 recalls in the system. It was such a relief and I appreciated that he had gone above and beyond for me! If you head to the service department make sure you ask for Dwain! He will treat you like family.

This dealership has gone above and beyond with customer service. My salesmen, Payam was great. He is honestly one of the most wholesome and respectful people I've met and by far the best salesman I've interacted with. Tim, the financial director was excellent as well, he managed to get me a lower interest rate than my credit union which I was not expecting. Hamid was funny and very insightful and gave me a lot to think about when making my decision on the two options I had. Overall, this experience was easy and great. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car. They genuinely make you feel like family and were very transparent.

I was passing through Atlanta going from Houston to Asheville this week when suddenly all the trouble lights came up on my dash and my vehicle wouldn’t drive except in 6th gear. I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency.
