This dealership was a lifesaver. I am from Florida on a travel nursing assignment and have been trying to get my tires rotated in florida at two dealerships including the one I bought it from. No one could help since my tires had locks with no key. This dealership had a older key and it worked. Also, my brakes had been grinding for one week, which is what brought me into this dealership. My jeep is a 2015 and beachside florida the rotors were fused together and difficult. Everyone at this dealership was so helpful and kind. My peace of mind and safety restored. Thanks, Guys!

Needed to share my great experience. I was extremely stressed about my family members who had driven hours and had a wobbly tire. we showed up at this dealership and Earl immediately stopped approximately four crash outs by understanding the urgency of the situation and getting his team to figure it out and replace the tire (which was about to blow!) within an hour (without an appointment). Earl also helpfully screwed our license plate on the back of the car out of the kindness of his heart. Appreciate Earl and the team's attention to our needs and swift work. Thanks!

I just wanted to share about a recent experience with Dwain in the service department. My car battery had died and we couldn’t jump it, so had it towed to Landmark on a Friday afternoon. I was told they probably couldn’t get to it until Monday. I think Dwain heard the panic in my voice as I realized I wouldn’t have the car for the weekend full of kids activities/sports. Around 6pm that day he called to let me know it was fixed AND they had also proactively addressed 2 recalls in the system. It was such a relief and I appreciated that he had gone above and beyond for me! If you head to the service department make sure you ask for Dwain! He will treat you like family.

Joshua Shaw provided incredible customer service. He was constantly "ripping and running" to make sure every detail was handled, even going as far as working on his day off to ensure everything stayed on track. That kind of dedication is rare! James Howe, the sales manager, was also fantastic. He made sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted at the best price possible—even if it "pained" him a little to give us such a great deal! This dealership has gone above and beyond with customer service. My salesmen, Payam was great. He is honestly one of the most wholesome and respectful people I've met and by far the best salesman I've interacted with. Tim, the financial director was excellent as well, he managed to get me a lower interest rate than my credit union which I was not expecting. Hamid was funny and very insightful and gave me a lot to think about when making my decision on the two options I had. Overall, this experience was easy and great. I was passing through Atlanta going from Houston to Asheville this week when suddenly all the trouble lights came up on my dash and my vehicle wouldn’t drive except in 6th gear. I made it to Landmark Dodge CJR on Peachtree Blvd and even though they had a 3 day backlog of work - they fit me in, and were able to get me back on the road that same day. Aleshia was such a wonderful help to me!!!! I came in for a U90 Recall and she mistakenly added an oil change to my ticket. When I expressed that I was not prepared to pay for an oil change, she immediately looked into the mistake and took full responsibility for the mistake which resulted in my recall being fixed and my oil change being completed free of charge. 5 star service Literally Jesse, “my” service advisor, had booked me in a few weeks back for a warranty related issue requiring some software upgrade and possibly a parts change. I decided it was time to get something smaller, so I traded in my 2014 Ram Bighorn. Low mileage, well maintained, routine maintenance, etc. I didn’t think I could find anything that stacked up to my Ram until I shopped at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Atlanta. Josh Shaw and Cruz George found THE car. A stunning, like new low mileage 2020 Toyota Camry SE. that had the safety and convenience features I was looking for. Lane assist, Radar to keep me in pace with the car ahead, backup camera and other features I’m learning about as I go. I could never have a better experience than with Landmark, Cruz, Josh, and the finance guy, Tim. They all walked me through the process without pressuring me or creating a false sense of urgency. Just straight up trust, honesty, professionalism, and respect. I have nothing but good things to say about them except they have a great Ram on their lot. Go check them out.
