My daughter and I started out at Landmark Morrow. They weren’t willing to even look at her car because it was Friday at 3pm. They wanted to hold her car til Monday without a loaner car! I told her let’s go we’re taking it to Landmark Atlanta where you bought it. Where customer service is priority. We drove an hour in Friday traffic from Morrow to Atlanta we arrived at 4pm. Darryl in the service department fixed it immediately. Her key fob had to be reprogrammed and needed a new battery. Went in with a faulty key Phob causing electrical problems and walked out with a Happy car, New key Phob and emergency metal key (which was blank). Darryl Humphries was our sales person and was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Upon entering the showroom, he greeted us and got to work immediately on our needs. He brought around to the front of the building 2 simpler cars so we could compare the differences. There was no pressure put upon us, and Darryl was very professional.The other personnel that we met were very friendly as well. The only negative that I can think of is that it took a long time for the deal to be completed, 2 to 3 hours, but preparation of vehicle and final documentation signing may have been the reason for that. I would definitely consider going there again to consider purchasing another vehicle in the future.

2 exceptional experiences. I’m coming from Texas. I came in on Friday with a dead battery, tired, 2 dogs. The staff here were wonderful and compassionate. They took care of me in no time. The service light came on yesterday and drove here again from my hotel (45 min drive)…..not disappointed at all!!! Again, Ana and Darryl worked their magic to get my car serviced. Wonderful team!!!

This is an overall review for the dealership and feedback to the upper management of Landmark Automotive Group in Chamblee GA. >What went well…My initial contact was with Darryl Humphries, sale rep. I can’t say enough positive things about what he did for me throughout the shopping process. I chose him based on other positive reviews on Google that mentioned his name. He took additional photos, videos of my car, answered all my questions and made sure everything that was included with the car was indeed received upon delivery to my home in Miami Fl. He was professional, friendly and most accommodating to his customers. Please recognize him! >The deal on the car I purchased…a 2011 Corvette Grand Sport Z16 Heritage edition. Stock #P65076A. The dealership was spot on…This was a pristine, mint condition Vette with only 16,526 miles on it. It came with 2 targa tops, 2 remote transmitters and an upgraded Alpine stereo system. The car was accurately represented, and I’m very pleased with this automobile. The sales manager Justin Hacias gave me the deal I wanted based on my offer using the “Carfax History-Based value” with a discount. I made a deposit on 02/14/25 and completed a bank wire transfer (no financing) for the balance on 02/18/25. Time will tell if the car owns up to its initial offering. >The paperwork: On 02/20/25 I received a FEDEX package from the dealership finance guy, Tim Hall. While I was not made aware of being on the lookout for this, I was able to open and see the contents were paperwork related to the sale. A simple post-it-note stating, “please apply your signature where you see a highlighted mark on the line” etc. would have been desirable. I called Tim & obtained clarification on each document with questions answered. It included a temporary tag & registration which allowed me to legally drive the car in Florida until all final paperwork was processed. On 03/10/25, I received notification from the dealership that all the paperwork was sent to my local tag agency with 4 miles of my home. Everything went smoothly and I received my free & clear title, permanent registration and Florida tag at that time. Note: Every dealership is a little different as I bought out-of-state cars from Pennsylvania, California, and now Georgia. In closing, you’re probably saying this buyer is detailed oriented and your right. We live in a world of potential fraud, increased clerical errors and lack of clarity. I retired from a large electric utility company and being a heavily regulated industry, we stressed accuracy, following the process and being thorough. Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase and learned a little more about the overall vehicle sale process.
