I recently purchased a 2022 RAM 2500 Limited from the dealership. During pickup of the truck, I noticed a scratch and water spots on the interior panel of the door that would not come out. Hamilton and Justin H. went above and beyond to address the issues and ensure I was taken care of. The entire panel was replaced. Their outstanding dedication and customer service were surprising, considering it was after the purchase.
