First, let me say this - I have never been to a car dealership in my life! I didn’t know what the process was going to be like. I expected my experience to be very transactional and “salesy”. I was pleasantly surprised when I met, Peter. He carefully explained the overall process to me and answered all my questions. I wanted to know the pros and cons of financing versus leasing, how to trade in a vehicle, what was covered under warranty and for how long, along with a slew of other questions. He gave me a very detailed overview, complete with diagrams for better understanding, to assist in answering my questions. When I finally made my decision on a vehicle, he walked me through setting up some of the features in the car and continued to assure me that they’re there for anything I needed. Peter was patient, he was friendly and he seems to really enjoy helping his clients get exactly what they’re looking for.
